Is god a loving god or is he a hateful god?

GOD loves you so much that He sent His son (actually part of Himself) to die temporarily for your sins! THAT is love.

HOWEVER, if you choose to spit in the face of GOD by being a sinful evil person such as yourself, GOD has a very hot place waiting for you.

GOD does hate some folks. In fact, a lot of folks fall into a category He is probably not too fond of:

Proverbs 6
[16] These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
[17] A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
[18] An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

How do you explain these:

Leviticus 20:27 A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

And as for judging:

Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

I am not doubting the fact that the bible says to kill people, clearly, it does. My question was, if the commandment meant that you should not murder, then why does it not say thou shall not murder?

Also, I'd like to know why none of you are willing to kill non-believers? If its what God wants then why not do it? Man's law is obviously inferior to god's.

As for "Thou shalt not Kill", that means your neighbor. Someone from another tribe gets treated like King David treated the city of Jericho. The horns blew, the walls fell down, and he killed every man, woman, chind, animal and bird....except young virgins. GOD ordered him to keep those for himself and his army.

We are commanded to obey secular law, that's why. Once Sarah Palin takes office in 2012 we'll scrap the constitution and install the KJV Bible as the law of the land. This is just as God wants.

As for your confusion over the 10 commandments, I'm not surprised. You cannot possibly understand the Word of God, because your father is satan.

We would kill nonbelievers but the law of the land says we can't. Hebrews 13:17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves

Why would god hate something that he has created? Why would he create a person just so that he may cast them into the fire?

What do you call the feeling you get when you think that you have disproved a person Who does not follow the word of god? what do you feel "knowing" that god loves and will save you? Do you not feel pride for following god's rules? Because you yourself just said that pride is a sin and god hates pride.

If god is loving, then I find it hard to believe that he would create a species with the ability to feel pride and have urges and all the other "sins" we are capable of committing, only to have us suffer when we follow our natural tendencies. Why would god do that to us if he loved us?

I think that if God is loving, then he will love us no matter our flaws or weaknesses. He will show mercy on those who do not believe as he asks us to show mercy. why would he punish a human for being merciless if he himself cannot show mercy?

Jesus wasn't murdered. He was legally executed, which was part of His plan, so He could die temporarily on Good Friday and rise on Easter Sunday, the Third Day.
