The people's republic of Cannuckistan would take about 20 minutes to conquer, and they would welcome us in the streets as liberating heroes.

I am very much against invading countries at this point. Today's GOP can achieve its agenda by democratic means. For instance, we can hold an election in Queerbec by passing out the following emergency election ballot...

Personally, I'd welcome an invasion of my country by the mighty U.S of A. We're a friendly bunch, if you phone ahead and let us know you're coming we'll prepare a BBQ for you to enjoy before you get to invading.
Although it wouldn't really be an invasion, our Air Force doesn't have any combat jets, just cargo planes for pointless aid missions to the south Pacific islands after the LORD punishes them for being savages yet again with another hurricane or crop failure.
You don't need to worry about nuclear weapons, NZ is "nuclear free" so we don't even have nuclear power stations. Our army is populated by colored natives and they're too lazy to put up much of a fight, in fact, offer them a bucket of fried chicken and they'll fall asleep in the sun after they've eaten.
There are far too many hippies, atheists, feminazis, Chinamen and South Africans here so if you'd come over and clean the place up a bit we would appreciate it. While you're at it, give our political system a bit of a shake up.
Did you know we have a political party here called the "Green Party" whose polices include saving the whales, saving the trees and is led by a hippie WOMAN who recently introduced a Bill making it illegal to discipline your own child with a smack on the bum (directly contradicting the Word of our LORD I might add)!
There isn't really enough oil here to make it worth the trip though, so it would be more as a favor to us.

I think we should invade Puerto Rico, which is a province of Cuba. Ever since I saw that 1960s movie West Side Story, I realized that PR was a major source of illegal alien invaders. They've pretty much taken over New York, and now they've taken over our Supreme Court!
