  • Worried about the 2012 Election

Folks, I have been praying long and hard with the Sisters Wierdsbe about the can't-come-too-soon 2012 Presidential Election. While I love and admire Sarah Palin in so many ways, (the Sisters know how many) I can't help but be moved by Michelle Bachmann's stirring testimony and Bobby Jindal's as well.

If there were some way to put all three of them on the ticket,I'd be happy to do it, but I can't decide which of the other two to drop. Any help?

    In Christ

I don't know, Dr. Wierdsbe. Sister Sarah has been tried by the national media and has come through brilliantly.

Jindal is a good Republican, but a dothead catlick in the White House?

Michele only got her seat in the House of Representatives in 2008. She is very Godly, but perhaps not ready.

I guess I will have to hold my nose and vote for Huckabee/Palin.

Sarah is an example of why we should not put our faith in a woman. Now when I first heard of her, I put aside my opinions of the lesser sex and supported her. Yet over time she has proven to herself to be a loser and a quitter (both in personal life and in politics). As much as I love to look at her, I could never see her in the White House except as a secretary.

Jindal is very conservative, which I like, but as Brother Levi pointed out, he's a Catholic. I know those mary-worshippers can make occassional allies and they have their value, but I'd prefer if he stayed governor and not president.

Michelle Bachmann really sounds like an outstanding rookie. My logic is, if Hussein Obama can be a newcomer and get elected president, why not Michelle? I couldn't care less about experience as long as I know my candidate values the King James Bible over the Constitution.

Re: Worried about the 2012 Election

It has already become clear to me that America has learned its mistake in electing a Kenyan Socialist Nazi that wants to kill our Senior Citizens. If we can just survive as a nation in the next 3 years, 2 months and several weeks until the next election, I am sure that WHOMEVER the Republican nominee might be will be swept into office with a clear and unambiguous mandate. This mandate will be so clear and decisive that the next Republican president will be able to immediately undo all the abominable fascist/socialist outrages of the Obama administration and immediately begin to assign the Kool Aid drinking Obamabots to the appropriate Concentration Camps.

I would therefore support ANY Republican candidate that vowed to cut all social programs, start a few new wars, ramp up our torture program, hire Arabian Horse judges to run our disaster preparedness, install politically-motivated proscecutors to the Justice Department, and restore the kind of fiscal discipline that America enjoyed under the tenure of George W. Bush. Bonus points go to any candidate that vows to nuke Iran, eliminate Medicare, abolish public education, claim Antarctica for America, and explode all renewable energy sources-- and we have SEVERAL candidates that are just crazy enough to try it!

In the meantime, REAL Americas (e.g. Angry White Males) must be vigilant and well-armed, especially at any public gathering.

        GLORY!!

The seperation of church and state is a Constitutional tenet. We believe that a theocracy that values the King James Bible above all else is the best form of government. Currently, many of our religious practices are made illegal by secular law, and with a KJV-based theocracy, we would finally have the religious freedom we have long sought.

So why are you against people having freedom of religion?

We have done a masterful job of breaking down those artificial barriers. Presidents Reagan and Bush married the Republican party with Church goers. In doing so, they have created a nearly unstoppable voting bloc in primaries.

We can get more and more Godly Conservative candidates on ballots nearly every election cycle now.

You tell me. In fact, your homework assignment is: Copy or type here in this thread the portion of the US Constitution that mentions "Separation of church and state". If you are intellectually honest, then you will try to do this.

Heh, heh, heh, Brother David!! You really got that stupid LIEberal!! I am so proud to be part of a Conservative Republican community that knows what the constitution says and doesn't say. Our superior knowledge of the TRUE meaning of the Consistution is why we're able to show up at public meetings with automatic weapons prominently displayed, and LIEberals with objectionable T-Shirts are carted off to jail where they belong!!

What's to think about? Obama for re-election in 2012, no doubt! Personally, I think we need to get rid of that stupid "two term" rule inserted into the Constitution by whiny Republicans who got in a tizzy over FDR getting elected four times. If a president is popular to keep getting elected, let him stay! I would be more comforted knowing Obama is my president-for-life. <---racist smiley, should be brown-skinned

Brother Weirdsbe, have you considered Huckabee/Gingrich?

After all, Pastor Huckabee DOES want to change the Constitution to match God's Law.

I will vote and do my part for the Republican party, but I fear that Obama has done his best to attract more minority voters and will likely win the 2012 election. We can only hope that he messes up enough to discourage enough people from voting for him when the time comes. Will that be possible?

Huckabee is a false Christian and while Newt is Godly the hatchet job the Clinton machine did on him may have damaged him badly.

Like my sig says, I want Dick and Rush. Jesus loves Dick. True Christians love Dick. Rush would make a great point man for Dick. Dick has the most experience and Rush has the vision for what it right for America.

Huckabee is a "former" preacher. That troubles me. It's too much like that lefty Pat Robertson and Sharpton and Jessie Jackyl.

                        Jesus loves Dick

Dick and Rush is a good combination, but I think a lot of Rush makes it easier to accept Dick.

I just wonder, though. The masses love a pretty face, and either Sarah Palin or Michelle Bachmann look absolutely great with Dick! In fact, they are both probably well acquainted with Dick and perhaps even love Dick. Now I would pay to see either of those combinations!

Amen! That's my dream team too!

Gingrich's multiple sins both financially and of the betrayal of his wife have humbled him, thus now making him a good servant of God and of the people. And Brother Huckabee would usher in a Theocracy that would really clean up America. Countries like Israel and Iran would look on with envy to see how a REAL God could run a country
