    I never trusted Schwarzenegger in the first place. He wasn't born in America. He's from socialist Europe, and he does not proclaim his love for Jesus Christ. He made a bunch of homoerotic action movies, and he has abused narcotics for a very long time, as this video reveals.

    Instead of coddling dopers and telling them that their narcotics abuse is acceptable, we should be locking them up in greater numbers! I agree with Brooke Lowe, who was cited in the article. How are we going to help our children stay away from narcotics if we do not have the threat of hard time, loss of future career opportunities, loss of educational funding, and prison rape to hang over their heads for possession of marihuana "dime bags"?

    This is final proof that Governor Schwarzenegger is part and parcel of Obama's Radical Socialist Agenda to bring about moral decay in our society by removing what is left of America's moral compass.

      They're just going to start giving people infractions for smoking marijuana? That would make it legally equivalent to Babbling on about brief moments of glory like SUV, Insulting Wash O'Hanley, Insulting Other unsaved trash, Poor composition skills, Going yappity yap yap yappity, Being boring and witless, Being wilfully vexatious, Hurting Deaner's feelings, and Being almost entirely innocent of rhetorical accomplishment, among others. This hardly seems like an appropriate way to punish such a heinous crime. How many infraction points will it be worth?

        I'm glad to see there's at least one person in Gommorrah-west who understands How to protect kids from Child Endangerment.

          Outrageous. We keep watering down laws on the Devil's weed and sending the wrong signal to our children. We should be following the lead of Nevada where a minor posessing even a seed of the poison faces a felony and jail time, praise Jesus!

          Nevada's main distinction in marijuana posession is not by weight, but by the age of the defendant. While usually courts handle younger defendants with more leniency, in Nevada the penalties for youthful possession of marijuana is much stiffer than those for adults.

          Possession of ANY AMOUNT of marijuana by a minor (under 21) is automatically guilty of a felony offense, and can be sentenced to 1 - 4 years in prison (or juvenile facility, depending on your age) and a $5,000 fine.
