The Future Governor of New York?

The race for the Governor's chair in the state of New York has a rather "colorful" character. And I don't say colorful just because the guy is a negro. It's because he's obviously an Obama cronie that wants to institute socialism and crush free market business! Jimmy McMillan is running on the "The Rent is Too Damn High Party" ticket and his main concern is....well, the rent being too damn high.

He complains about NYC rents being $900 a week for a single room and $4,600 for a single bedroom. Well, of course it's expensive if you're a lazy negro who lives off of welfare! Maybe if he got out and got a job like the rest of us hardworking Americans, he could afford to pay the rent? And why does he want to stifle the rights of innocent landlords who have every right to charge whatever amount, no matter how exorbitant, for tenants to live in a dilapidated apartment that breaks housing codes? This is more OBAMA RADICALISM trying to steal money from the richest 1% and spread it around to the rest of the 99% of America that is too lazy to make millions of dollars a year!

For a man that seems to have a lot on his mind and a lot to say, nowhere on his web site is any information as to what he believes to be an acceptable rent.

There was a nice system of free rent in the antebellum south years ago, and admittedly the nigras had to help out a bit in the house and fields - but in addition to free rent they also had three square meals a day at no charge. For some reason they all wanted to be "free" so we gave them what they wanted and they have been complaining about it ever since. As I see it, Obama owns them all now so it is his problem.

Maybe he should live someplace other than lower or midtown Manhattan.

The outer boroughs (Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island) are all far less expensive. Like a 1 bedroom for $700-800.

We've all seen what happened to rent-controlled buildings in parts of Manhattan . . . With rents pegged at pre-WWII prices but maintenance and property taxes rising, many landlords first stopped repairing the buildings, then walked away from them when the taxes became more than the income. The landlords with the resources to do so converted them to condos or co-ops. Those without? They lost everything.

There have been comments that I have attempted to label me anti-semitic or anti-Jewish. This has been nothing more than "kill the messenger" and "character assignation" politics as usual which was spread by opponents that have nothing better to say. It may sound trite in this matter but even in this campaign I rely on Jewish close friends and advisors.

However, if I have ever made any biased remarks toward anyone or any group I heartfeltly apologize. Further, I apologize to the Jewish community for having to suffer the boorish bias of anyone. Even the reminder that there is still bias in America bias is painful; as a Black-American Man I empathize fully with the Jewish-American community.

So now I hate him for being a stooge of the Christ-Killing Kike conspiracy. Big Jewry has always used Large Negroes as their hired muscle. Did you know that in the 1960s they paid them to go around smashing up windows?
