Rape is always forced. so . . . yeah doesn't make much sense.
Isa14:21-Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.
Dueteronomy24:16-The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.

Not according to current law it isn't. A woman can decide that she was "raped" years after the incident happened. In fact Joo York has decided that there isn't even a statute of limitations anymore, putting it in the same classification as murder.
this girl I know is such a slut and everytime I am around her I just want to have sex with her but she doesn't like me. What should I do..
First things first. Acknowledge your lowliness. When you were born, you were born with a nature that compels you to sin (Psalm 51:5; Psalm 58:3). Not just you dear, everyone (Job 14:4; Job 15:14). For this reason, a Perfectly Just and Righteous God cannot admit sinners into His Heavenly realm (Revelation 21:27), and so He lovingly created a Lake of Eternal Fire (Revelation 20:15) to justly punish sinners, not according to their sins, but according to the effect of sin on Perfect Justice. Obviously this means eternal punishment. Obviously, you deserve it. Having lust in your heart is one of the Biggies that Jesus Himself warns against (Matthew 5:27-28).
Acknowledge your disgusting self. Acknowledge your bondage to the sin of lust. The apostles told us repeatedly that Jesus forbids lust, since sex is for baby-making, not anxiety release or entertainment value. We are to "abstain from fleshly lusts" (1 Peter 2:11) and "flee also youthful lusts" (2 Timothy 2:22), for lust "bringeth forth death" (James 1:15). To engage in such mental activities not only encourages masturbation, it incurs the wrath of God.
Only by confessing your sins and accepting Jesus into your life can you hope for Salvation from the Eternal Damnation that your soul is destined for by default of your birth as a human (John 3:18; Romans 10:9). Only in being recreated anew (2 Corinthians 5:17) can the LORD see Jesus (1 Corinthians 6:19) and therefore not smite you (Isaiah 43:25).

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.
