Statutory rape is not rape!
Legitimate rape or real rape is when a brute initiate force in order to have sex. Rape is usually associated with the woman struggling for her life, and the trauma is great enough to terminate any possibility of pregnancy. Fortunately, it is just as rare as it is horrible. Gay rape, as in prison rape or the "Bellatrix on Hermione"-variant is further worse.
Statutory rape is a feminist newspeak for having sex with someone below an artificial age limit. The age of consent is not based on Bible, not even breeding age (mainstream biology) - it is just a political made-up thing.
The real victims of statutory rape are young men, who have consensual sex with young women, who might be a couple of years younger. The young women are obviously on it, it is the feminazis who want them regret something they actually enjoyed. The young man is actually put in jail for lacking the "social competence" to magically read the correct age of the woman.
"Social competence" is a feminist/socialist plot to put social conformance to atheism before Bible studies. The worship of "social competence" is also a false God, which is strictly prohibited:
