Following the debates, today's update to the RealClearPolitics Electoral College map paints a pretty picture!
Just last week, Obama had about 260 of the required 270 electoral votes in his pocket. Romney? About 130.
Ah, what a difference a week makes.
Obama now has only 201 electoral votes in his column . . . and Romney has 206!
Even dark-blue states like Oregon, Washington, and New Jersey have moved into the "Leans Obama" column from the "Obama or Die" column!
And Michigan, which given the auto industry handout you'd think would be all Obama all the way, is a "toss-up"!
See, even those auto workers know that if General Motors had been allowed to go bankrupt as Romney recommended, it would have emerged a far stronger company than it is today, no longer buried under those ridiculous pension requirements.
The real shocker, of course, is how many Whoregonians are planning to vote Romney. 41-42%! Wow!
