    Who was the best President ever? Reagan or Bush the younger?

    I think it had to be Reagan.

    He is the one who made us Christians feel so welcomed into the GOP and made our views on everything mainstream. To this day, we control the Party primaries. Truly, Ronald was our bridegroom and America's middle class his bride.

    What do you think? Vote or sound off.

    For me it's a tough call between two great presidents, FDR and Jimmy Carter.











    I'm sorry, I should not be joking with a serious matter.

    Seriously, I think it must be Reagan. He wasn't acting, he was for real, he just was a true American cowboy. God bless him.

      Aside from the fact that I possessed the exclusive contract to be GWB's personal Spiritual Counselor (2001 - 2009), I have to say that he was the best President that God's favorite country has ever had. After that rabid communist Al Gore won the election of 2000, it took Jesus to anoint GWB as His personal choice to lead America in the international War on Islamofascism. And I thank Jesus every day for delivering us from the brink of being overrun by sand nigras with those long curved knives and nasty toothless grins and sweaty brown bodies, forcing us to be their sex slaves, feeding them grapes and servicing them all night long down in those secret caves, where no one would ever find you, so you may as well cooperate, and hope to gain favor with the strongman of the group.....


      My answer is GWB.

        When I think back about it, the Reagan era was unmemorable and boring. Sure, he ended the stagflation and the oil shortages of the Carter era, the economy came back, and there was lots of peace - too much really. The Soviet Union collapsed under his watch, again without going to war.

        Reagan did invade Granada (a tiny Caribbean island defended by a 1000-man militia) and kicked out some commies in a glorious victory. But when it came time to whip some ass with the mooselimbs he packed up, wimped out, and went home.

        The Beirut Barracks Bombings (October 23, 1983 in Beirut, Lebanon) occurred during the Lebanese Civil War, when two truck bombs struck separate buildings housing United States and French military forces—members of the Multinational Force (MNF) in Lebanon—killing 299 American and French servicemen. An obscure group calling itself 'Islamic Jihad' claimed responsibility for the bombing.

          Sorry Brother Levy, but I think you're a little confused here. Don't you mean Ronald Reagan or Dick Cheney? I do realize that Bush Jr was just a heartbeat away from the presidency, but we had a contingency plan for that (ie secret document automatically appointing the CEO of Goldman-Sachs as commander-in-chief in a "national emergency"). We kept Junior busy at the ranch in Texas, clearing brush.

          But I do have to hand it to GWB, he was good at PR. Really knew how to interact with people, something Dick never had time for. We even got a counselor for Dick, who persuaded him to take his lawyer for a hunting trip in Texas, but you know how that worked out.



          Needless to say, we never let Junior get near a gun unless it wasn't loaded.

            This is truly a match up of epic proportions. I had to go with 'The Gipper'. I grew up during the Reagan era and it was a great time in my life and a great time for America. Bush the younger, often besmirched by the LIEberal media and a favorite for sure in my book, had a different world to live in so it is hard to compare the two--not to mention an overreaching DEMONcrat congress to deal with in the end. All in all still a great American leader, but Reagan wins by a nose.

              GW was clearly the better president. But to be fair he stood on the shoulders of giants like Reagan.
