As a Republican Mayor of a small Iowa city, I don't like to claim a lot of credit for the success of Republicans. But, once in a while, I just have to toot my own horn.

For some years now, I've told the reps of Republicans competiting for our Presidential endorsement to pass this on to their candidates, "You are a Christian, but there are lots of branches to our faith. When you talk up your version, you alienate some Republicans and even more atheist Democrats and Independents. Instead, talk about the Devil. Talk about him everywhere. Not only is everyone afraid of the Devil, it's code language for Obama."

It's been gratifying to see six politcal figures talk about the Devil in the last week alone. They are Judge Scalia, Heman Cain, Michele Bachmann, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul and, most recently, Rick Santorum.

I've put the word out to Trump's people he needs get his game face on and talk of the Devil soon or he will not be competitive.

I'm absolutely certain Devil talk will finally carry us to victorory in '16.

I am glad the Republicans are finally listening to our Major Johny Joe Hold and that they are starting to take Satan's threat more serious. I am certain if this would have happened a few years earlier, Sarah Palin would have been our president now instead of Satan's favorite president Obama. By now Sarah Palin would have changed the Middle East into the nuclear desert it deserves to be for refusing to worship Jesus Christ.

Brilliant political strategy, Brother Johny. You might be interested to know that my company's market researchers have studied this issue in the past, and their conclusion was that negative campaigning definitely works.

Furthermore, now that home schooling has become the norm in the USA, voters don't really understand all these complicated issues like energy, the economy, health insurance, etc. Candidates who want to run positive campaigns and discuss esoteric topics that would require the public to actually read and think are just going to bore the voters.

So you've got to keep your campaign simple. First, say one thing positive: explain that God supports the Republican Party. Next, play on the public's fear of evil things - equate Demoncrats with Satan, child molesters, cancer, Muslims, Negroes and homos.

Another important strategy is to make sure your campaign is entertaining. I can't emphasize that enough. Consider some public witch-burnings. This is a foolproof time-tested tradition that is sure to generate great enthusiasm with the masses.


Don't forget the marshmallows

We know from experience that attendance at witch-burnings is very high. Aside from rallying voters to your side, it's also a great opportunity for fund-raising. You can sell marshmallows, hot dogs and roasting spits at 100% markup, not to mention souvenir T-shirts, coffee mugs and baseball caps emblazoned with photos of the burning witches. It's also an excellent venue for hawking medications and health tonics that can protect people from chemtrails and global warming. Set up a few booths where - for a fee - your assistants can perform exorcisms on Demoncrats who want to be cured.

Don't forget the children! You can sell little witch dolls that come with a small container of gasoline and a box of matches - kids love them! Remember, witch-burnings can be fun for the whole family. And if there's one thing Republicans are for, it's family-values.

Another important strategy is to make sure your campaign is entertaining. I can't emphasize that enough.

I had never thought about the effect of home schooling, where parents can eliminate some of the useless topics covered in public schools and turn out a product tailor made for Republicans, on politics.

Talking about the Devil has a great entertainment component. As you point out, a candidate can fold in witches and demonizing of other candidates.

We've found the key to '16.

The news on Donald Trump just keeps getting better.

A while back I told my contact in his campaign I'd like to see him hold strong against homer marriage, but make it look like homers might have a chance with him if the pledge support.

Guess what I saw today, just that. He told a reporter during his trip to Moscow he is "evolving" on gay marriage but still believes marriage is between a man and a woman. Perfect.

(I can guarantee he will "evolve" to concluding no homer marriage.)

I hear you Brother W, and share your anxiety. Unfortunately, Donald Trump may be a victim of the liberal-leftist educational system that continually promotes the evolution hoax as "science." It goes hand-in-hand with the liberal global-warming hoax and homer-lifestyle. However, I'd like you to know that I called up Donald and told him to disregard anything he ever "learned" in public school, and follow his own conscience plus our corporate guidance, if he ever wants to see any more campaign contributions. And he agreed - especially after we mentioned that secret video we filmed of him and Rush Limbaugh having that little party with 12-year-olds in the Dominican Republic.

Additional good news - more and more Americans are turning to the Bible and educating their children at home. We have rock-solid statistical proof that the less time spent in public school, the more likely the child will grow up believing in God, spirits, demons and voting Republican.

I am encouraged by this trend, but ultimately we need to defund public schools entirely and let the Godly private sector run things. As CEO of the world's largest corporation, I'm in a good position to understand how Big Government regulation of multi-national companies is highly damaging to shareholder value and executive bonuses. My company has been a victim of abuses like the minimum wage, fines for dumping dioxin in public water supplies, and legal harassment just because we sold $500 trillion worth of worthless derivatives to pension funds and state governments.

So like I've been saying for years, we need to get Big Government off our backs. We don't need guvmint meddling in our children's education. Nor do we need environmental and financial regulation. We don't even need the guvmint to provide the military, police and prisons - the private sector can do that too. All we need from the guvmint are subsidies, bailouts and laws banning small businesses from competing with large corporations

Of course, government does have a role to play. We do need the legal system to ban dangerous things like organic food. And we also need laws to protect our intellectual property - things like our patent on all DNA, so that everybody has to pay royalties if they want to go on living. We also need more free-trade agreements, so that other countries will adopt our laws, thus extending our corporate rent-collecting to the entire world and increasing our quarterly results.

Whoops, sorry, I'm getting off-topic. I apologize, but I tend to get a little emotional when it comes to my religion, which is based on the Bible and Atlas Shrugged. Just want to let you know that, as CEO of the Uranus Corporation, our executive board supports Donald Trump for president, as he's always been good at following our orders. And that's what we need - a president who listens to the private sector and lets our lobbyists write the laws. Remember, what's good for Uranus is good for the USA!

He has said clearly, "My faith is important to me. I attend church regularly, on Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday."

To me that puts him squarely in the creationist camp. I wouldn't be surprised if he put some big money into Ken Hamm's Creationist Museum.

Amen Brother Johny. I am of the interpretation (Our Next POTUS) Donald Trump was using the True™ sense of the word Evolution, so-called "Micro"-Evolution. Not the Satanic lie of "Macro"-Evolution, like evolving marriage from male and female(s) to male and male(or babies, or animals), but a "Micro"-Evolution... like Homers can now (maybe) attend weddings.
