Russell Pearce (former President of the Arizona Senate and, until yesterday, the vice chair of the Arizona Republican Party) was forced by the RINOs who run the Republican Party in Arizona to resign because he said in a speech:
"You put me in charge of Medicaid, the first thing I'd do is get a woman Norplant, birth-control implants, or tubal ligations ..., Then we'll test recipients for drugs and alcohol and nicotine" [and if women want to reproduce or use drugs or alcohol,] "then get a job."
Yes, the Bible does tell us to be fruitful and multiply, but there's hardly a shortage of welfare recipients, so I'm pretty sure God isn't looking for them to breed. Besides, it's simply not socially responsible to bring a child into the world if your plan for supporting it involves raising the taxes onrich people job creators.

Typical welfare mother, sucking at the public teat.
Anyway, I don't completely agree with Sen. Pearce. First, I'm against giving any welfare or charity to unwed women under the age of 60 entirely. Second, I don't think they should get jobs--they should do what the Bible tells them to do, which is get married. Remember 1 Timothy 5:9-14, which says we should not give charity to widows under 60 (and, even then, only if they have led good Christian lives) because they should all marry:
This just goes to show you that, even in the 21st Century, Christians are still persecuted for following God's Word, even in the Republican Party. That's just shameful and bigoted.

Let not a widow be taken into the number under threescore years old, having been the wife of one man. Well reported of for good works.... But the younger widows refuse: for when they have begun to wax wanton against Christ, they will marry; Having damnation, because they have cast off their first faith. And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not. I will therefore that the younger women marry....
Surely God did not intend for us to treat these welfare floozies any worse than we treat good Christian widows! This just goes to show you that, even in the 21st Century, Christians are still persecuted for following God's Word, even in the Republican Party. That's just shameful and bigoted.
