Re: A different approach to Halloween, candy and conversion!

Out of everything I've seen on this forum, THIS post makes me question whether any of this is real or not. I don't even know where to begin with all the problems with this idea.

Also, you do realize that it's not "[i]pedia[/]-bear" it's "pedo-bear." As in pedophile? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pedobear

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Personally I'm getting really sick of you atheist twits coming onto our board and saying such filthy things about an innocent teddy bear. Do you really believe that pedophiles are so stupid as to wear/have a mascot? Or is this the lie your priests told you, that what they did to you wasn't wrong because they didn't give you a "pedo-bear"?

Pastor Madoff, that IS an adorable pumpkin. If you're going to carve Satan's Fruit into a lure for children, at least make it something wholesome like that!

Oh, that was deleted. Was it anything like this one? I wonder if Muhammad would have given one to Aisha.

What does this symbol mean to you?

If you said "nazis," you are wrong (in a sense).

The swaztika was originally a symbol that meant "good luck" or "bad luck," depending on which way it faced. The Nazi party adopted it as their symbol in 1920, and it has almost been synonymous with them ever since then. Few people know that it is actually an ancient symbol, and was not created by the Nazis.

My point here being: the meanings of symbols can change due to popular culture. While that bear was originally a part of an innocent enough cartoon, it has now been turned into a symbol of pedophilia.

And how many pedophiles are using Pediabear as their mascot?

Seriously . . . how many pedophiles have Pediabear stickers on their cars, or wear Pediabear pins or hats?

You can't seriously be asking that question...

Why would a pedophile try to alert people that he was a pedophile?

Exactly. So it's not much of a "symbol for pedophilia" if no pedophile would use it, is it?

Therefore, even if some sick freaks over at 4chan decided to take Pediabear and use it as their perverse "Pedobear", that doesn't mean anybody seeing Pediabear will think the wearer -- a teenage girl -- is a pedophile, right?

That's weird, why would the delete that picture from my photobucket? Anyway yes Rev. Rodimer it was similar to the one you posted, I asked my ma to search for pediabear things and she found that one so I made my cake based on it

That's nonsense. How come I never see any Catholic priests wearing it?

I think he's trying to convince us that Pediabear is a tool of the Nazis.
