What Annoys Me? School Crossing Guards

Whenever I really need to get someplace in cities other than Freehold, I seem to come across these idiotic school crossing guards. They half stumble into the middle of the street, hold up a tiny Stop sign and wave children across the street.

First and most importantly, they are slowing me down. What is more important, a Mayor getting to his appointments or some kid getting home to play games on his phone?

Second, we are teaching children bad values when we usher them across streets. They should be learning, "look out for cars or get hit by them." If they don't learn this while they are young the opportunity is gone forever.

In spite of requests for them, we have no school crossing guards in Freehold. Strong, smart and battle seasoned kids make good Christian adults.

My heart goes out to you for being burdened with such trials, Brother Mayor.

Another problem with school crossing guards is they are-- more often than not-- female. Other than saving money by hiring people who can be paid less, I see no reason to hire women to stand around on street corners, blowing whistles lasciviously and stutting about in attention-grabbing clothes.





Harlots! This one is clearing directing the eye towards her mother-pillows.


Those men who work the streets are equally suspicious.





Who would trust such a person? That coat probably doubles as a tent where he shoots up and cooks beans* in a rusty tin can before retiring for the night.


*Hobos homeless people still cook beans in cans, right? All this new, pretentious terminology confuses me. I understand that they no longer use bandanas tied to a stick for luggage. Now, it's "repurposed" cravats and "found" wood for "travel gear."

They have replaced these crossing guards with blinking lights at some intersections. I almost had a seizure!

The tradition of crossing guards in godless NYC has been carried out for many years. Every morning and afternoon, hundreds of these annoyances are seen, darting out in front of traffic so little Johnny or Sally can enter the place where they learn God is dead and we came from monkeys or can get back home to masturbate and slouch around all evening until it's time to carry a gun to school the next day.


Pathetic, if you ask me.


I was riding in a vehicle with a Christian brother one morning when a crossing guard walked in front of us, shouting, "SLOW DOWN, BUDDY! THIS ISN'T THE INDY 500!" Well, of COURSE it wasn't - we were in Brooklyn. Stupid woman. My friend said, "I don't see any children," and the guard said "They're coming. Look a couple blocks down!" The kids weren't even to the corner yet and she's stopping us like we don't have important places to be. We were headed to the Christian bookstore to purchase some tracts for evangelism! My friend just darted around her and we made it safely to our destination just as the store opened.


I guess my point is, now they're standing in the way of sharing Jesus' love to the people. Let's pray against them, Church. What we ask for will surely be granted by our LORD GOD.


Stupid ol' crossing guards. Hmph.

I read up on this issue of child safety while walking to school. There are a couple hundred children who were pedestrians that each year killed by cars. What is obvious in this statistic is that children need to learn how to get out of the way of my car.

Teaching them there will be a crossing guard every time they encounter a risk in their lives is harmful. They need to learn the lesson now that life is tough.

Before I saw the Light and pulled my children from Public Schooling, they were protected by a crossing guard on their way home. I couldn't help but think that this man, my neighbor, was only letting them cross the street safely because he had some sick desire to become involved in their daily lives. Of course, no pure-blooded Christian like myself would stand for such a Heathen protecting their children from being hit by a car- if the child is hit, it's THEIR fault for not looking both ways like Jesus intended. After being Saved, I took it upon myself to run that man off the road any time I saw him trying to stop me from crossing the street. I knew what he was up to- babying those children was just another one of his ways to corrupt their minds. It makes them more susceptible to notions like Safe Spaces in his dystopian Liberal-Gay Agenda future! We will not stand for this!

Your enthusiasm is commendable dear, but humility is the foundation of the Believer. If the LORD wants a crossing guard to be called to the Judgement Seat (2 Corinthians 5:10), the LORD could do so easily through such methods as heart disease, choking on fried chicken, or inspiring the man to drink himself to death as a means of drowning out the depression and anxiety that comes from living a life devoid of Christ. In general, we are not asked to kill people. That would be rather barbaric, unless of course personally directed by the LORD Himself (Genesis 22:1-2). You might pray that your crossing guard neighbor finds Christ before it's too late. You might even hasten that conversion by standing (safely please) on the sidewalk with your bible, loudly using Scripture to rebuke him for the lonely sinner he is. The Holy Bible tells us faith comes from hearing the Word of God(Romans 10:17). Furthermore, we know most people aren't actually familiar with the Scriptures, assuming their version of few stories are adequate enough to inspire morality and eventual justification. Bring your children to join in for a fun-filled homeschool field trip!

You're very right. I got ahead of myself there. I should be using more peaceful means to combat this evil. Not to be pedantic, but I wouldn't go too far here. There's nothing less peaceful and more aggressive and powerful against evil than Christ Himself (Matthew 10:34). If the Good Lord wanted us to be subservient, He'd have made us French.

However, it is prudent for the Christian to follow the Word of God in all things, including subjecting ourselves to the laws of the land (Romans 13:1-7). As far as I know, unlike the city of Freehold no state has a Stand Your Ground law when it comes to the heathen generally existing in one's space, inviting Satan to employ his diabolical schemes, even, God-forbid, to live as a neighbor. Although I pray that time comes soon, and I will cast my vote as many times as I an to see it come about as quickly as possible! MAGA!

Crossing "guards" are just one of the reasons that we've wound up with the neo-marxist postmodern deconstructivistists sucking on pacifiers, demanding free condoms, comfort animals, and retreating to their "safe spaces".

Of course if the enviro-nutbags had their way there wouldn't be any cars - and why else would Elon Musk shoot a perfectly good car into space with one of his rockets?
