"Spaffing up the wall" is just a corrupt way of reciting the Good Psalm #137! It is a form of dashing future adults.

Interesting idea to have a reverse caption contest. I bet I can think of a bunch of those, why, we might even be able to create our own illustrated Bible by asking for fun photos to illustrate Bible verses.

As for the above image, I'm reminded of my young-females-only open borders plan. In this case, the wall acts as an automatic citizenship test, as any young woman who can grip a pole so tightly is welcome in America.

My last attempt to interpret this caption was not acceptable as hoped. I had another imagining, this doggerel from my childhood that was evoked by this contest.
