I don't know who invented The Game or where or when it was invented, but it's rules are very simple: completely forget that you are playing The Game.
Sounds really weird, I know. There isn't a way to completely "win" or to really be "winning" (unless you forget that you're playing until you die), but you can (sort of) be "losing", and you can't ever stop playing once you've started. So the bad news is that you're all playing right now and will be for the rest of your lives - I did warn you though, in the thread's title - and you're all losing (because you're thinking about The Game). As soon as you think about/remember The Game, you "lose". But you have a 30 minute grace-period to forget The Game again and go back to "winning" (though some of our older members may not need such a long time to forget). Any questions?
