What kind of fascist police state do you live in? Here in the U.S.A. we have the freedom to video record anything we want to, especially suspected thugs cruising the neighborhood.

You don't really think any of those guys EVER calls the police, do you? DO YOU? For stalking, you need to make contact. I haven't been contacting these ones, yet.

The evidence I'm keeping is for the police. They're always happy to get extra evidence to help them catch criminals who are stealing stuff in the neighborhood or causing trouble. They even thank me for volunteering for the neighborhood watch.

You might want to consult a lawyer before you start giving legal advice.

Update: Those guys have been back in my neighborhood and I had Officer Richards run them off. Later I noticed a bag of reefer on the ground. One of them must have dropped it when they were running off with their dogs. You should have seen them running and holding their pants up. Anyway, when I found the bag of weed I called Richards again and he came to retrieve it. I didn't touch it, so the chain of evidence was un-compromised. Maybe they fingerprint the baggie? It's a good thing no kids found it because it was probably laced with PCP.

I'm surprised how incredibly racist so called "true" christians are... Anyway, they aren't doing anything, and aren't carrying any weapons, might just be going to walk the dog, maybe they can't afford nice clothes and could never get a decent education do to people like you neglecting them. I'm not saying this is the case, but you shouldn't make assumptions until you see them do something really "just plain wrong".

Yes, it's Brother Nobar's fault that these God-hating thugs chose not to attend their school or apply themselves. Why do you believe that Negroes need white people to hold their hands for them and that they are incapable of any successes on their own? Do you think they are inferior? In my congregation we have a young lady who grew up in the slums of Detroit. She applied herself in school, got good grades, didn't whore around and do drugs. Because of her good efforts, our congregation sponsored her for our A Better Chance (ABC) program, which moved her to North Salem to attend our quality public schools and remove her from gangland violence.
