Brothers and Sistern, I know you're as tired as I am of the secular trash that passes for art in our God-hating society. Sometimes I despair that God Himself has abandoned us, and all we're left with is one TV commercial after another, where some beguiling blonde girl or a minxy brunette -- or even a colored girl -- is jiggling her breasts in front of us as if we wanted more of that.

Well, I've had it. Our Lord taught us to pray, "Our Father which art in heaven" (Matthew 6:9). And that's the way it is. Our God is a work of art, and it's high time that this Board started to post more art for His glory.

You know, Petal, I never imagined our Lord as swinging His hips quite so much, as He pranced out of Heaven and returned to Earth for His Second Coming. But, isn't that the glory of art? To show us our Lord in ways that we were just too caught up in ourselves to recognize.

This is the Heavenly™ Image I am most in love with right now.

Clearly it was painted many, many years ago, probably by people who knew Jesus, or knew people who knew Jesus. I like to show it to "Evilutionists" to shut them down in mid-argument.
