Why does the body and blood of Christ taste like wine and wafer?

Um, you'd better ask the cathlycks.
This is like asking for relation advice on a power tools forum.
Psalm 81:10:
I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt:
open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.

His confusion is easily understood, Pastor.
Australian, you see
Colossians 2:8
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

I am indeed surprised the alcoholic stupor abated enough for him to post.
I suppose there is a difference between Ireland and Australia, but I'll be darned if I know what . . . .
Jud 1:15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are unGodly among them of all their unGodly deeds which they have unGodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which unGodly sinners have spoken against him.

So you eat a death cookie and say it represents the flesh of Jesus............. Then you have a shot of cheap wine and say it represents the Blood of Jesus.Originally posted by WhoDat? Are all of you Catliks cannibal's?

Re: EuChArIsT
For us it's not a representation as it is the actual flesh and blood of Christ. We got the idea from scripture just that we took the whole "do this in memory of me" part and ran with it for the last 2000+ years.Originally posted by James Dewitt View PostSo you eat a death cookie and say it represents the flesh of Jesus............. I suppose you could call us cannibals in the same way you could call the apostles cannibals although it would be a misunderstanding.

Re: EuChArIsT
You really think you are eating the flesh of Jesus and are drinking His blood..... That's just plain nasty. Show me where it is stated that The Catlik church is 2000 years old?Originally posted by WhoDat? View PostFor us it's not a representation as it is the actual flesh and blood of Christ. Is it in the Bible?
