Google it. It is 05:36 here and I have no time to explain philosophy as I have to be up to help a friend with her dissertation. I can tell you though, it is the meaning of the word hate you are confusing. Maybe studying 17th century English would help you there. Self sustained study is the key to self betterment!

If you are getting this from me asking for the (supposedly mythical) address of freehold, iowa - then you need to meet a few wo/men, drop a few double-entendre and see how far it gets you! (The answer is not very far).

Why would I want to meet a "wo/men" (sic) ? I'm married, and I have no use for further interaction with them. They don't hunt, they can't use power tools, they shriek and cackle constantly, etc. etc. They are good for making meals and babies, and they're not even very good at that.

1st Corinthians 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.

It is difficult to word what a Christian is, but if you forced me into a concise opinion, I would say "Jesus' representatives on earth".

This means that we do what Jesus would have done, we act how Jesus would have acted and, most importantly, we love how Jesus would have loved. When I said that 'Christians are not being very Christian' I mean that I, personally, do not believe you are loving how Jesus would have loved.

And exactly how would Jesus love?

Explain, in detail, since clearly you think you know.

Then back up your opinion of how you think Jesus would love with quotes. From Him, not from some Pastor Feelgood who tells you what you want to hear.

Wow! Love what you have done with my name there Anti-Rev. M. Rodimer. I don't think my church is liberal. Have you been? Yes I have read the bible, but the bible didn't explain it quite as concisely as the dictionary definition and only used as an introduction to what I thought.

Ok, lets play this fun game!

So, bible definition of love: 1 Corinthians 13 8-13. That's fairly standard.

Then we can add on 1 John 4:8. So pretty much meaning God imbues all these qualities.

And we don't really need to have a verse to say Jesus = God. Oh, what the heck - John 1:1.

I wanna see the argument against that logic! So when Jesus said, Love thy neighbour (Mark 12:31), he means to love everyone. Or at least treat everyone with the 1 cor. 13 values. So far I have not seen any patience, humility, honouring others and you are so easily angered (or so it would seem). This is probably the core of my argument as to why I see no True Christians™.

Wouldn't it be ironic if my pastor's last name was Feelgood? It isn't, but now I wish it was. Personally, I would prefer to hear I won the lottery if he was just going to tell me lies .
