Re: Should I get a Tattoo?
I'm still curious as to whether the Bible intended to also condemn surgery and alike, benign practices. For example, what if a small harmless incision were to be necessary in order to remove a bothersome beam from one's eye?

Re: Should I get a Tattoo?
Typically one pokes out or cuts off the offending member, but no, there is nothing wrong with surgery although it only necessary to remove arrows, bullets, Catholic Priests and the like. Illness is Satanic in nature and is typically caused by colonic demons.Originally posted by Sir WhiteSox View PostI'm still curious as to whether the Bible intended to also condemn surgery and alike, benign practices. Do you have something you'd like to share with us? Have you been horribly disfigured because Jesus hates you?Originally posted by Sir WhiteSox View PostI'm still curious as to whether the Bible intended to also condemn surgery and alike, benign practices. I'm wondering if you've ever actually read the Bible. Maybe you missed this verse?
Show your devotion to Jesus, smartaleck. Use a linoleum knife, I've heard they do the job.Matthew 19:12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)

Re: Should I get a Tattoo?
I was only subtly disfigured the day Jesus saved me from death. But yeah, that's a small price to pay for getting resurrected. I was properly dead, stone-cold for like five minutes until He came barging in like the freakin' cavalry and said something along the lines of 'Get up, my man, dust yourself off and live a long life!' Such a nice fellaOriginally posted by Pastor Ezekiel View PostDo you have something you'd like to share with us? Have you been horribly disfigured because Jesus hates you?
True story! Cardiac arrest is a wench, but Sir Jesus found no problem in slapping it across the face and telling it to get its ugly face out of here. So now I live, in His mercy.
As such, I am not inclined to cut off the junk like you recommended. My devotion to The Man was sealed when He looked me in the eye and said 'Your life, it ain't over yet.'

Re: Should I get a Tattoo?
I love JESUS and I don't want Him to have to waste a lot of time slaughtering qweers when he could be making the rivers run red with mudslime blood. You DO understand that Jesus is coming back for only one reason...to start Armageddon. The final war in which everyone will be killed? You have read Revelation, right?Originally posted by GayIsTheWord View PostWhats up with you and wanting me to commit suicide?

Re: Should I get a Tattoo?
Sir Jesus would frown upon seeing someone take ungratefulness and even disobedience to such unprecedented level.Originally posted by Pastor Al E Pistle View PostYour life, it is a waste of oxygen. Please have the courtesy to jump under a bus.
Also, you should try to temper your arrogance when discussing topics beyond the span of your life's journeys. Jesus making such an effort withdrawing me from the edge of death makes your statement rather unjustly bold, and very, very wrong. Please do handle some humility when discussing Life.

Re: Should I get a Tattoo?
None of that applies to JESUS, friend. People with deformities can't enter the House of the Lord. I am not arrogant, I merely fear GOD as He commands. And I am ready to march by HIS glorious side as he kills the wicked! THAT is why he is returning and THAT is what we are preparing for. Life? We will have it everlasting in exchange for one brief moment of glory if the heathen strikes us down on JESUS' long march to the sea!Originally posted by Sir WhiteSox View PostSir Jesus would frown upon seeing someone take ungratefulness and even disobedience to such unprecedented level.

Re: Should I get a Tattoo?
Kids shouldn't be getting tattoos in high school. They're distracting and disruptive to the educational environment. Here's a principal in Georgia who knows this and isn't afraid to speak up about it:Someone needs to have some words with the mother, too. How are parents allowed to get away with letting their children disfigure themselves with these tattoos? Tattoos signify gang activity and these kids should be required to keep them covered up at school or risk having them removed by a laser which burns the design off the skin.Principal: Tattoos are disruptive

CARROLL COUNTY, Ga. -- Detectives in Carroll County are investigating allegations a school principal held a knife on a student as a joke. The student, a junior at Temple High School, talked to Channel 2 Action News reporter Jeff Dore Wednesday. Patrick Johnson does his school work at home these days instead of actually going to school. The problem at Temple High School, he said, involves the three tattoos on his arm and what he says happened in a school hallway Feb. 6."And the next thing I know, I felt something poking me in the arm and I looked over thinking it was one of my buddies, and it's Principal Nash standing there with a knife to my arm. He had a smile on his face and he said, 'You want me to cut that off your arm?' playing around about it," said Johnson.

He didn't report it for a month, until he told a school counselor who told his mother."I'm upset. I'm very upset about it," said his mother, Pamela Johnson. She told the central school office and the sheriff's office. The Carroll County Sheriff's Office confirmed other students were witnesses and all said Principal Chauncey Nash appeared to be joking, so there doesn't appear to be a case for an assault charge."I'm furious because had it been my son, he would have gone to jail immediately," said Pamela Johnson. The school system and the district attorney told Channel 2 Action News they are waiting for the sheriff's investigation report before deciding whether to take any action. Nash did not want to comment. In the meantime, Patrick's mother said, "I just prefer not to send Patrick back to school until something's been done."The sheriff's office said they expect to wrap up their investigation by Friday.

Re: Should I get a Tattoo?
This is for the women out there who are considering getting tattoos: men see women with tattoos as tramps and 'easy'. They don't respect them, and take advantage of them. A True Christian wants to meet a humble and respectful woman without any tattoos or body manipulations (piercings). Women should be spending more time on their hair and nails and less time contemplating tramp stamps or boob tats.
When I meet a woman I want to be as pure as the driven snow and not marred by dirty sexual tattoo imagery.
Anyone who is encouraging you to get a tattoo isn't looking out for your best interests. They're just trying to get into your pants.
WWJD? He wouldn't be getting a tattoo, that's what.
Just don't do it.
