You see my friend, this anger and paranoia is a direct result of smoking the skunk. It's an illegal narcotic for a reason, praise Jesus.

Will you hold hands with me and ask God for help with your chemical dependancy? Wouldn't life be so much more enjoyable if you didn't have to sneak around alleys late at night to get your next fix? I've been there.

Because I know exactly where they are coming from? Their source material is laid out plainly before me and is very easy to follow. Take your biblical quote for example. When Christ said to love your brother, he meant your brother in Christ. I do love all of the True Christians™ on this forum, and would never think of hating them. That would go against God himself!

You on the other hand, seem to have a mishmash religion of hypocrisy and cherry-picked bible verses. Not to mention a profane obsession with drugs and anal sex. The Bible does not tell me to love you. The Bible commands me to judge you, and rebuke you.

        1 John 4:20-21

If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. And this commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.

Oh my, are you the Pastor's brother? Obviously you're not his spiritual brother, we've seen that much. So I presume you're his biological brother.

Otherwise, I don't understand why you would have quoted a passage that pretty clearly only talks about brothers.

Its a narcotic because the government says so. Alcohol is legal and ruins more lives than any other substance, therefore its legal and not a sin, right?

And i have no chemical dependencies, i quit drinking energy drinks which consumed more money was a stronger habit than any other substance on earth. Was it a sin for me to drink caffeine?

I use to smoke alot of pot in an alley too, that doesnt mean i do anymore. i quit because it became a habit.

When anything becomes a habit, its not good for you, that goes for eating fast food too often.

If i want to become closer to God, ill find a pastor who has a clear mind ulike you guys..

No, its illegal because the government says so. Its a narcotic because of what the word narcotic means.

Okay your right. Telling others their going to burn in hell, are obsessed with anal sex, and taking the bible out of context is exactly what Jesus would do. Because Jesus doesnt want others to be saved, he just wants christians to put down "unsaved" men instead of helping them be closer to God.

Informing you of the fact you are going to hell is not putting you down. It's informing you of the Truth®. I think this is a distinction you are failing to see. We are telling you to abandon your lifestyle and find Christ. If you are ashamed of your own lifestyle and see God's condemnation as "putting you down", maybe it's time for some self reflection, hmm?

If you are trying to dispel the claim that you are a dope-smoking mongrel, you might want to avoid using a well known pseudonym for the drug itself. Using a nickname is something friends do, and marijuana is no friend of mine! It's very telling of your perverse nature.

I'm sure you'll continue whining about your hurt feelings, so I'll end it here. I will pray you see the Light of Christ and start repenting immediately. May you find Glory in all that is God and his Word. I won't waste my breath any further.

Apples and oranges, my friend. Alcohol, when used correctly, simply relaxes a man at the end of a stressful day. I often have several cocktails in the evening before Bible Study and find that it helps me focus on my priorities and role within the Christian home. Mrs. Porter is usually quite quick to agree.

1 Corinthians 11:3 "But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God."

1 Corinthians 11:8 "For the man is not of the woman: but the woman of the man."

1 Corinthians 11:9 "Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man."

Marijuana, on the other hand, makes one a giggling idiot without any normal moral inhibitions. I've already shown you how it leads to homosexuality. One is tempted to try any number of perversions when under the influence of THC.

                            Just say no, my friend.

                                Friend,
I can see that you are struggling through many issues here. You seem to be fighting the Will of God, hopelessly straining to find something, anything that you can use to prove that we are wrong. I assure you that you won't find any. As I once heard, sometimes it is best just to try to relax and enjoy it, otherwise you might get yourself roughed up. It won't hurt much if you don't fight it.

Moving on, I think we are headed down the wrong track here, discussing the Mary Jane. I think you'll find that we very much agree with the United States Federal Laws regarding the use of illegal narcotics. As we note that no drugs were mentioned in the Bible and certainly Jesus never partook, we have our proof that these drugs should not be used by anyone. In fact, there have been studies that prove that the ingesting of drugs can hinder one's relationship with the one True God! The Indians on their reservations smoke themselves silly and look where that got them. All they have to look forward to is the great casino in the sky (I am kidding, of course -- they aren't going up anywhere ).

Relax friend. Instead of trying to come here to "prove us wrong", why don't you take a breath and tell us a bit about yourself. What are your favorite Bible verses? What ministries are you involved in? We here at Landover are far better at discussing rational topics like religion and Jesus than we are in the intricacies of drug policy!

I will pray for you my friend. I feel that you are of great value to Jesus. In fact, you remind me of the story of Paul (then called Saul):

6And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

7And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.

8And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.
It seems as though you are fighting against the Lord's Will just as Saul/Paul did so many years ago! But you find it difficult, as one would expect when you are struggling with the Almighty
