Pastor Merle over here to the Morning Star Baptist Church in Davenport didnt say where he got the article from and he didnt say it were on any front page. He just came home from Boston this mornin cause he been there on some Morning Star bisiness some convenshun or somethin he said. He put that picture in my e mail and I put it here cause Im pretty sure its true like Pastor Merle said. Pastor Merle hes a good man and he always tells me he wants all the best for me and dont to worry about things. He knowed I been worryin a lot about poor Lola and how the King James Bible 1611 says she had to stay a widow all her days until that fat nancy Jim takes his last breath. Pastor Merle left again this after noon after the football team brunch and Marge said she dont know when hes gonna be back exactly but hes got some bisiness over in Arizona. He seemed awful upset by the whole thing he found out about in the paper while he were in Boston too.

I will pray for Pastor Merle cause well miss him and I sure hope his bisiness in Arizona aint gonna take too long for sure.

I sure do wish Pastor Merle were here cause theres some folks thinkin that newpaper thing might not be real. There was some guys over to the church this mornin in dark suits askin about Pastor Merle too like where he went when hed be back and Marge said to me dont pay it no never mind and she told them guys the Pastor didnt say when he be back either and they left. Pastor Mick he did the services yesterday and he was funny as the dickins cause it was his first time and his sermon werent written down at all.

Emil,How can that thing in the paper not be real? You read it and it sure looks real to me.How come them fellers want to talk with yer Pastor ?
Yesterday me and Pastor Fred had a sit down talk.He said I should not be a worried that other people don't believe in praying,he said it for sure works.
Jims squireshed body is getten sent back here tomorrow,his funeral will be on Wednesday morning.That Mike fellers body was sent back to Canada today they are a putting him in his grave tomorrow.
Jim's Pa said that we had to get together in a week or so about Jim's last will.I guess he will tell me more later in the week.
My boys are upset cause their Pa is dead,I don't know what to say to them.In a way I am glad that he is dead but I am sorry at the same time.I feel at fault cause I was praying for the Lord to take him so I could move on in life.
Emil how can I tell them boys it were my fault that their Pa is dead ?Iffin any of you good folks at the LBC could help me explain to my boys I sure would appreciate it!
The boys don't know that their Pa was a homer and I anit real sure I should tell them.I sure don't want them to think they might be a homer cause their Pa was one.My Ma said we should not speak ill of the dead.

Emil Pastor Fred and I spent some special time with each other today.He sure made me feel better.Pastor Fred said that I should not tell my boys about Jim being a homer,what do you think I should do?It don't feel right not to tell the boys the truth.


I sure was surprised to find out that Mike was a Canadian,that's where his body was sent. He sure did not seem like a foreigner to me when we lived next door to him in Jonesborough .I sent a card to his Ma and Pa in some town called Toronto .I guess its a big city up in Canada,I ain't real sure cause I have never been there before

Emil has Pastor Merill ever came back?I bet you sure miss him.

To day a police man from Boston called to ask me some questions about Jim and Mike .He asked where me and Jim lived when we was married and how Jim knew Mike .I told him Mike lived next door to us at the Gem-Star trailer park in Jonesborough .I sure did not want to tell him about finding Jim in my sundress doing that stuff with Mike,but I figured I best not tell no lie to the police.I told him I moved back home with Ma after Jim left.And that I moved the trailer a month or so later back to Knob Hill.
The Police man said that there was a coroner's inquest ,what ever that is.And Him and another officer was coming to see me after Jim's funeral .It sure seems like a lot of trouble to come all the way down here fer nothing.

Lola I think Pastor Fred is right. I just cant see how the boys lifes will be better for knowin there pop were a nancy boy. Id say let the little fellers remember there daddy like they always knew him. There aint no chance the little men will be like there daddy cause it dont run in families like them dam sientists all the time tryin to deceeve us into believin. Id leave it be if they was my little guys. Sure theyll miss him and be sad for a while and thats ok.

I dont know when Pastor Merles comin back Lola but I was over to the church doin some paintin in the office and Marge was gripin like she always is. She was awful mad about the church phone bill. She said Pastor Merle had some favorit cousin named Mikey over in Jonesboro Kerntucky and he was all the time callin him from the church phone and he used a drive over to Jonesboro to visit him all the time took him about 7 hours over and another 7 hours back and she was real mad about all the miles he put on the church van all the time going over there to see his cousin Mikey. She said lucky Merle werent never married cause no wife woulda put up with it.

Anyhoo she said the real reason Pastor Merle went to Boston was cause his cousin Mikey moved there and Pastor Merle was real mad about it. I asked Marge why Mikey moved to Boston but she dont know.

I hope Pastor Merle calls real soon cause I didnt get a chance to tell him the good news that I got me that job over by the river buffin faucet parts so they shine real nice. Pastor Mick said he gonna keep helpin me with my readin and writin stead a Marge cause with Pastor Merle gone she gonna have her plate full. I like Pastor Mick, but hes kinda like Marge cause he dont like the LBC much cause he says there extreemist. I wish I could move to Freehold. Maybe my new job will get me outa here.

Im prayin real hard to Jesus my Lord for his help. I sure do need it. He sure helped you Lola cause you prayed real hard huh?

Lola I just got home from my new work takes near an hour on the bus. Boy its a real dirty job but they give me a apron and thick gloves and safty glasses and some a the guys they wear these funny lookin bonnets over there hair but I just tie mine in a tail in back cause its too long and might could get tangled up in the big buffin wheel. The wheels near big as a tire and spins awful fast like its rollin to you. The boss he says I made over a hunderd dollars today on peace work cause I work real fast and dont have no scrap, says Im real good at this it just maybe comes natural he say. I wont get no money until a week from Friday though but come Friday if I keep workin hard like today Ill get about four hunderd dollers maybe. Wont be long before Ill get out a this Motel 6 so things lookin good.

So the corner guy thinkiin the bus come after the two a them then up over the curb? I wonder why a bus would do that on porpose. That dont sound right. Un less maybe the driver he seen two guys actin that a way out on the street and hes just over come by the Holy Spirit! Sing Glory! But I hope he aint in no trouble though.

If Id a knowed Pastor Merle was all the time runnin over to Jonesboro Kentucky to see his cousin Mikey Id a asked him if he would a take me with him one time sos maybe I could get intro duced to you. Maybe when he gets back and if Mikey moves back home to Jonesboro Kentucky me and Pastor Merle can run out there when he goes to see his cousin Mikey. I sure like to meet you Lola and maybe see what all the crowins about with that pot roast and boysenberrie pie a yours. Oh wait. No. I cant do that. Sometimes I just dont think. I just got a few seconds before I have to go over to the Klune-Kline-Krouse funeral home.Jims funeral is today.They boys are better to day.Pastor Vick was over last night and had a good talk with them.He works with Pastor Fred.Pastor Fred can't come over here no more,at least not by his self.

Jims Pa and Ma had him cremated so he is in a little plastic box and not a coffin.

I just got home its been a long day.Jim went home with his Pa and Ma they are keeping him on the fireplace mantel(yuck) for a spell.

Emil the Boston police were here and asked me some questions.
They said that there was a person of interest they were looking for.Them police men said that Jim and Mike might have been pushed off the curb or that they was bumped off it accidently.Some other people were there and said a man in a dark blue suit carrying a Bible was the one that bumped into them.

They asked if i knew any one from Davenport Iowa.I told them only you and that was cause of the Internet.I told them we were members on Gods Forum at the LBC.They asked if I would log on to my computer so they could read what we was talking about.
Emil they saw the thing from the news paper you put on ,and they said it were a fake.Your Pastor Merrill might have made it up.I guess there is some place on the Internet where you can do that sort of stuff and it looks real to most people!

Remy and Lostgirl I am sorry for not believing you. YOU WAS RIGHT.And I am sorry for thinking I prayed so hard that it made Jim and Mike get hit by a bus.I feel like a big dang ole fool.

Emil when them officers read what you said about your Pastor Merill's cousin Mikey and how he had been here in Jones borough and that Marge had phone records well they sure were surprised to say the least!When them fellers saw that Pastor Merill was in Boston at the same time Jim and Mike was hit by the bus them fellers was a white as sheets.They said that Jim's Mike and Pastor Merill's Mikey might be the same feller.Emil I aint the sharpest knife in the kitchen but it sure looks awful funny to me now that them police men showed me
