Re: I need help with my Sons
Well I reckon that's the end of that. We got over to Knob Hill Kentucky this morning and Lolas ma and the boys are gone. We called Lola's uncle Jebediah when we got to Kentucky and he met us out to Lola's ma's farm so there wouldn't be trouble. He's the sheriff there you know. Poor Lola she was mad as a hornet when she seen complete strangers on her ma's front porch. Jeb he made Lola stay in the truck while me and Jeb went up to the house to see about things. Turns out the house got sold and now there's a bunch of young fellers wearing white shirts and ties living there now but seems to me they got too many bicycles on the front porch. Anyway, I'm standing there talking with the boy who's kinda in charge of the others and I heard Lola up by the truck say something loud I cannot repeat here and a second later there's a big BOOM and small bicycle parts were flying everywhere. She got her licks in on about four of the bikes on the porch with one blast from the 10 gauge. Old Jeb, he was back to the truck in a second and took the gun away from Lola and commenced to giving her a good dressing down. I kept on talking with this one feller cause he seemed like he seen this kind of thing before, didn't seem the least upset by just getting shot at anyway. But he kept saying the strangest thing and that's when I knew he weren't right. That's when we all knew we was speaking to a demon! He kept saying, "As man is, God once was. As God is, man may become" over and over and over. Well I lit out of there and we followed Jeb into town to the courthouse. Clara Barnes was there in the recorder's office and she said Lola's ma sold the farm for one dollar to some church in Moscow, Idaho and that she took the boys and moved there to a compound. She said a bunch of women in long blue dresses and very long hair showed up one day with a couple trucks and off they went. Strangest thing she ever did see she said. Lola asked if Clara knew the name of the church and Clara said they said they were from the FCLDS. Clara said they didn't seem quite right like they was haunted or afraid to talk or something like that. Well we know damn good and well what their problem is. They are demons and they have opened a portal to the River Styx in Moscow, Idaho and we ain't going there. I do believe Lola's had enough of this whole mess and you know how she feels about demons.
Praise Jesus we were able to get our own selves out of there before that demon on the porch got his hooks in us. I never been so creeped out in all my days I swear!
So we're home, we're safe, Lola aint feeling very good, her right shoulder is a little bruised, besides being all stressed about what we learned in Knob Hill about her boys and her ma, and I want that to be the end of it. They are gone. They made their beds and they will burn in them forever.
