Was the nurse a chink? Chinks are all racists.

Tell me if you need any advice about the brain damage. A few people have gotten brain damage in Iraq, but the media blows it out of preportion. It's not the living hell they claim it is. Still, keep a lookout for suicide attempts.

Some brain injured folks have even come back for a second tour, and they're doing just fine and dandy. Every now and then they go into an uncontrollable rage, but that's not always a bad thing.

The damage seems serious, like she's dead but with her heart beating. She can't speak or anything. She also suffered "immersion foot" and they had to amputate her toes, her wonderful, pink, ticklish toes.

God works in mysterious ways.

Well, I've been keeping my despair at bay the usual way - with a flurry of activities to keep my mind too busy to think about all this. What with the Paris Hilton bibles and the Fashion Police and so on...

But I have questions the Bible just doesn't answer. Will her toes grow back when she's in heaven? Will her brain damage dissapear, or has this injury damaged her soul? She's forgotten how to talk, and will even have to be toilet trained again. If she doesn't survive the operation, will she be wearing a diaper in heaven? Will everybody get smarter when they're in heaven? Won't they not even be themselves any more?

I've got to stop thinking.

Jesus can read the thoughts of everyone, good or bad, faithful or sinner. So what makes your thoughts any different from anybody else? What makes your thoughts so special that Jesus would even notice? Getting down on one's knees shows devotion and respect, which Jesus demands! Whatever Jesus demands, Godly True Christians™ demand as well. True Christians™ follow Jesus and His word in the Bible to a tee, and that's the difference.

Jesus can read the thoughts of everyone, good or bad, faithful or sinner. So what makes your thoughts any different from anybody else? What makes your thoughts so special that Jesus would even notice? Getting down on one's knees shows devotion and respect, which Jesus demands! The Bible tells us that Jesus doesn't listen to the prayers of the unsaved, or as it's written, he HEARS the prayers of the righteous.
(And thus it follows that he doesn't hear/heed the prayers of the unrighteous.)

Brother, never forget that we are here for you in your time of need. But don't forget either that females probably don't have souls, so they don't go to heaven. And even if they did, if she doesn't have all her bits, she cannot enter the house of the Lord. God is particular about who can enter. Crips and gimps need not apply, nor even males if their manhood is not intact. I'd say you are better off just drowning her and starting over. Maybe you will get lucky and have a male child.

This is very reassuring for me to think about, because if she has a soul she would probably go to hell. I've tried to explain Jesus and how to let him into your heart, but she never really seemed to understand.
