As a left handed person i was beaten a lot by my parents and teachers to correct the wrong. Unfortunately i am still left handed. Maybe explains some of the many dumb things i have done, or have had done to me in life.

Your parents should have beat you harder. Many parents think they would hurting the child and should hold back from the force that the feel is warranted deep in their spirit, but the Good Lord tells us that when we beat our children for the sake of their Salvation, they will not die (Proverbs 23:13-14). The Bible doesn't say if God supernaturally heals internal injury as fast as it comes, like some divine Adamantium, or if the parents' belief supernaturally protects the skin of the child so the blows don't carry so much force, like a skin version of Captain America's shield. We can't know because science can't answer these thing, but we can trust the Lord to be True to His Word towards those who love and obey Him (Deuteronomy 7:9).

If you'd have read the whole thread (like a polite person would, to familiarize themself with what's already been covered so others don't have to rehash the same points over and over again), you'd see that this has been clarified multiple times for those lacking in reading comprehension and critical thinking skills.
