Autism is nothing like athiesm. That is like saying being a sports fan is the same as having cancer. Autism is a medical condition that is likely genetic or a condition caused by unhealthy females trying to have kids.

Do you have any experience with autism? Irecall teaching a Vacation Bible School camp years ago and there was a child with autism. Darn thing couldn't grasp the simple story of Adam and Eve without getting into technicalities.

"Why are there two creation stories? Which one counts?"
"Why do we have a 'sin nature' if we didn't inherit Eve's guilt?"
"Why did Jesus pray to Himself in the Garden of Gethsemane if He is One with God the Father and therefore knew the outcome of His crucifixion?"

And on and on it went! It never stopped! Now tell me, how can a child have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ when they are incapable of comprehending even the most simplest explanations of who He is?!? Of course it should come as no surprise that this boy grew up to become an atheist.
