In case you do not know (and you may find this as a compliment) a "Tunnel Rat" is a prostitute in NYC, could be male or female, that hangs out on 10th Ave. near the entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel (hence the name "Tunnel Rat"). I've got more manners, self respect and total respect for others, in my little finger than this person has.
She is rude insulting and generally throwing herself at the men here.
However, I feel sad for her, it's as if the reason she is here is for attention. Poor thing. She needs to take comfort from The Bible. Then maybe she'll find a new path.
