Don't be upset, though, Moon, maybe BJ was only using that example to try and rebuke me. Unlikely, but maybe?
Somehow I also think it's unlikely he was just using that to rebuke you. Just when I was actually considering giving being a ''TC-in-training'' another go-around. I guess it was silly of me to actually think any of these TC men would actually be loyal in a relationship. Moon doesn't plan on sharing her man and since TC's seem to think it's ok to have more than ONE wife...maybe I should find a Pagan man.

There you go Moon, that's the spirit! I can understand, I don't like sharing either. Find yourself a nice thoughtful heathen man who won't make you wax the floor twice a day! Although...umm...maybe look a little further than StarFinder...just because he seems to have some rocks where they shouldn't be and then be missing some stones where they should be...
These TC men, however, have no respect for women at all just because they claim we made them eat some stupid apple.

Let me tell you something...Adam was the dumbass that listened to his wife that apparently was told by a TALKING SNAKE to eat the apple. Yea...that sounds like a REALLY smart man!

SCREEEEEEEECH! STOP RIGHT THERE! The woman lied to poor Adam. Sin had not been created yet. It only happened when SHE ate the apple. But even AFTER SHE HAD SINNED, AND KNEW IT WAS A SIN, SHE STILL GOT ADAM TO BITE! ADAM HAD NO CONCEPT OF LIES!

The Pastor is right - as always. Eve was the first person to trust the Devil. It was her fault that man started sinning, and you are trying to palm it off on MEN? Why would Adam have thought that Eve was doing something wrong? He expected that his wife would serve him properly, like all good wives should.

That day in the Garden of Eden was the first and last time that a man listened to a female. We've learned our lessons. Or at least the smart, god-fearing ones have.

What if that woman happened to be the doctor saving your life. And you blatantly refused her decision, then died on account of your ignorance and lack of medical experience.

You might as well ask what if up were down, day were night, or the sun rose in the west. Let me tell you a little secret about how these things really work:

James 5:14-16: Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Now do you see anything in that passage about going to an unsaved secular doctor, especially one who's some sort of Birkenstock-wearing feminazi? Neither do I. You should call the elders of the church (who are by definition male), since the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man (note: man) avails much.

Then again, for a True Christian™, it's a moot point anyway:

Ex. 23:25: And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

Questions to ask liberal "Christians"Things that the Bible doesn't sayTolerance

I think I'd notice when she said "Excuse me for a moment...I have to consult with my talking snake". But your logic is flawed anyway. There ARE no 'real' women physicians. The only women who got through medical school did so on their backs.

It was Eve who was playing with the snake, not Adam. And yes, Adam was a fool for listening to his wife and that was precisely why he was punished:

                                Genesis 3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

Adam tried to shift the blame onto God by reminding Him that He had created Eve (and the snake) in the first place:

Genesis 3:12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

As we all know it didn't work. God will not be mocked!
