Re: Pray for 75% of Americans

Aha! Pastor Ezekiel I've caught you. Didn't our Dear Lord and Saviour through that glorious mysoginist Peter say that we are not to be presumptuous on this point?

Second Book of Peter, Chapter Three:

[3] Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
[4] And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
[5] For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
[6] Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
[7] But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
[8] But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
[9] The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
[10] But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
[11] Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
[12] Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Although I think that AP, being "scoffers" will end up in hell anyway and that the 75% presuming to say that Jesus is NOT coming to this year, implying that they know anything about His plan, will be frying in Satan's urine batter also.

(ooooo my first bible quote!! I'm so excited. )

    Pray for 75% of Americans

Oh ye of little faith! It seems that the Godless Associated Press has conducted a poll on behalf of satan (whom they are associated with), and discovered that precious few Americans believe the our Lord Jesus will return anytime soon. Apparently the country is infested with monkey-worshiping fools and false Christians. The whole story is HERE.

Poll: Only one in Four Says Jesus May Return in 2007

Twenty-five percent of Americans believe it is at least somewhat likely that Jesus Christ will return to Earth in 2007, a new poll from the Associated Press and AOL News shows.

The poll, conducted by the international polling firm Ipsos, looked at the public's predictions about what will occur in 2007.

Pollsters found that 11 percent of those surveyed said it is "very likely" that Jesus will return to Earth this year. An additional 14 percent said it was "somewhat likely."

Twenty-five percent of those polled said it was "not too likely,"

compared to 42 percent who said it was "not at all likely." Eight percent said they did not know or were not sure.

While a quarter of Americans polled said that it is at least somewhat likely that Jesus will return to Earth this year, views about the topic varied depending on religious persuasion, the AP reported.

For example, 46 percent of white evangelical Christians believe it's at least somewhat likely that Jesus will return this year, while 17 percent of Catholics and 10 percent of those with no religion feel the same way. Of course 100% of True Christians™ said that they were waiting for Jesus to return at any moment.

The poll, conducted Dec. 12-14, was based on telephone interviews with 1,000 adults from all states except Hawaii and Alaska.
At least 75% of Americans are sure to be slaughtered by Jesus when He returns, probably later today. Praise Jesus!

“And the slain of the Lord shall be at that day from one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth: they shall not be lamented, neither gathered, nor buried, they shall be dung upon the ground.” (Jeremiah 25:33).
