    Re: Pray for my girlfriend

That's pretty harsh, AXa. Don't you think God should show some mercy?
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

      Re: Pray for my girlfriend

God should only show His mercy to those who have embraced His love. Those who are tempted toward other religions pay the price.

Then again, if she renounces and curses her wretched Catholicism, maybe she'll be more deserving of mercy and God will merely stick her in purgatory. Depends on whether or not she's been baptized.

And God will merely do what? Dear friend, I hope that was merely a joke at the expense of the absurd Romanist myth of purgatory.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

i pray that she sees the error of her ways before her end. Let us not forget that it is only through jesus that we might find salavation. However if she refuses to repent in front of our lord than i hope it is a painful end for her

Yes, it was a joke poking fun at the fact that she follows the evil religion of Catholicism. They believe in that purgatory rubbish.

Little does she know that there's no hope for her. The love of God has been rejected, and she is doomed to suffering in fire and brimstone.

Yes of course we believe God answers our prayers.

                Unless he doesn't want to.
                Psalm 81:10:
I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt:
open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
