    Beautiful, Brother Seeker!

You are truly the Biblical Bruce Lee.

      Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men;
And the weakness of God is stronger than men.
      1 Corinthians 1:25

That no flesh should glory in his presence.
      1 Corinthians 1:29

In short, God loathes those who are worldy wise because they think that they can rival Him.
And being the jealous God He is, He will destroy their worldy wisdom with worldly foolishness.
(Ie that which might SEEM as wisdom to the world, is actually foolishness.)

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God.
For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.
      1 Corinthians 3:19

God only values the wisdom that comes directly from Him! (Psalm 2:7 & Psalm 37:30)
The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken:
Lo, they have rejected the word of the LORD; and what wisdom is in them?
      Jeremiah 8:9

Atheists are wise in the worldly sense, in the eyes of the world.
But they are fools to God, and they are fools compared to God, and to those who'm He has chosen!
It would seem that God does have foolish moments from those bits of the bible you have quoted.

      What is a "who'm"?

        1. God most certainly does exist.
        2. God most certainly can (and does) provide concrete evidence of his existence. You just have to look, and I mean LOOK for it. God can work in mysterious ways.
        3. Sure, He wants to! Again, you just have to look for it.
Bollocks. If God provided concrete evidence of his existence, there would be no need for faith. The bible itself says that god has engineered it so only a select few will ever be able to see the evidence for his being. You don't even understand your own position. You are no more a Pastor than I am. The link to that littleton church doesn't work in my browser either. If it's there something is blocking it. Why would that be?

God does provide concrete evidence, you just have to open up to it.

Bah, leave it to a homer like you to not recognize a Godly example.
It means the foolishness that YOU perceive He has:
You perceive God as foolish because YOU are foolish!
So thanks for proving my point: that you cannot stand against God's wisdom.
As He promised, He has used your reasoning and your logic, to destroy the same. Glory!

For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
            1 Corinthians 1:18-21

You cannot recognize how foolish you are because you are a fool, and only wise in the worldy sense..
When facing such matters as God's existance and being, your foolishness is revealed, as He promised.
Yet more undeniable proof of His existance and power!
            GLORY BE TO GOD!

The way of a fool is right in his own eyes:
But he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.
            Proverbs 12:15

If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: But if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.

It works for me... but then again, their page does mention a "summer kid's club". Maybe the unit you're being held in automatically blocks pages featuring certain words?
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

Brother Temperance, that one made me laugh.

Although it is certainly possible that the unit he's being held in blocks websites about Christianity. Is that the case?

I pity you B.A.A, you came here and hoped for understanding... Fanatics do not understand anything beyond their own blinded beliefs. Asking them for understanding would be like the people on the planes during 9/11 asking the hijackers to let them live, it would not happen then, and it will not happen now. I must admit that I too cannot see god in a book. When I look at people, I do not see divinity, I see only animals... walking around with a puffed up sense of importance. Also when I look at people who claim Christianity then turn around and spread hate, I see animals who have gone rabid. It's actually funny now that I think about it... the last people I "heard" talking like you of Landover were scum in every sense of the word, their name is quite interesting perhaps you have heard of them they are called the Klu Klux Klan
What is it the Bible teaches us? - rapine, cruelty, and murder. What is it the Testament teaches us? - to believe that the Almighty committed debauchery with a woman engaged to be married, and the belief of this debauchery is called faith.

Well now, that is a rather dim view of the human race. I wonder what you see when you look in the mirror.

Kindly permit me to be the first to welcome you to Landover. While you do not seem to be pleased with us, Jesus is pleased that you are here.

Might I suggest that you hop on over to the introduction forum and say hello. Our Pastors are eagerly waiting to cheer you up.

Jesus is the cure for all your whiny ailments, boy.

You don't need your jap cartoons, or your perverted whoredoms, or your cult worship, or your constant self-pleasure.

All you need is Jesus Christ, who suffered and died for three days, just to wash away our sins with His blood. What more could you ask for? Jesus is getting ready to kill you, and it could happen at any moment. Better repent now, or you'll join all the joos and sodomites and goth tards in a lake of fire. Glory!!

I was given the Biblical name Ezekiel by my Godly Grandfather, because it was his favorite book of the Holy Bible. And just in case you are thinking about making some smart-alecky comment about my name, I'd advise you to tread lightly. I have it on good authority that Ezekiel is also the Lord's favorite too.

The name Ezekiel means "God will strengthen", and he was a descendant of Joshua. God killed Ezekiel's wife (as He did mine), and then commanded Ezekiel not to mourn her (as did I).

Ezekiel 24:15 Also the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
24:16 Son of man, behold, I take away from thee the desire of thine eyes with a stroke: yet neither shalt thou mourn nor weep, neither shall thy tears run down.
24:17 Forbear to cry, make no mourning for the dead, bind the tire of thine head upon thee, and put on thy shoes upon thy feet, and cover not thy lips, and eat not the bread of men.
24:18 So I spake unto the people in the morning: and at even my wife died; and I did in the morning as I was commanded.

                            Any more questions boy?

The name Ezekiel means "God will strengthen", and he was a descendant of Joshua. God killed Ezekiel's wife (as He did mine), and then commanded Ezekiel not to mourn her (as did I).

                              Any more questions boy?
Actually technicly it means Whom God Makes Strong, I was just curious if you knew the origins of your name, the Israelite who gave the Prophecy of the Fall of Jerusalem. Being smart-aleck with one who... has a gift for twisting the words of others would be pointless wouldn't you say?
What is it the Bible teaches us? - rapine, cruelty, and murder. What is it the Testament teaches us? - to believe that the Almighty committed debauchery with a woman engaged to be married, and the belief of this debauchery is called faith.

Are you claiming that you can read Aramaic and Hebrew? You can't even spell "technically" correctly.
