Too bad, It went on as planned, Heck the clubhouse burned a few years back. Ya think a storm is going to stop the Derby? I think not!! I've lived here all my life (34 years) and the KD has NEVER been rained out or posponed for any reason.

LORD, my friend told me a story from about 10 years ago about getting fellatio on the infield from some intoxicated harlot. I rebuke that sort of behavior in Your holy name, oh LORD. I beg you to show Your displeasure at such evils as women running around topless and showing sinners their cooters for a few hits off a joint by sending a tornado.

Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - It's not been often over the years that Churchill Downs calls a news conference about the weather.

But that happened Friday afternoon as the track, along with local emergency authorities talked about Saturday's storm system, the heavy rain and Churchill's plan in case they need to get people out of there quickly.
Officials gathered to discuss options should severe weather strike Saturday while up to 100,000 people are in the infield of Churchill Downs.
The National Weather Service, law enforcement, the National Guard and Metrosafe officials met to discuss different emergency plans should the weather turn especially ugly.
