I can't help but notice that there is no father present, and the mother looks rather Lezbionic (short hair, wearing pants) and has no wedding ring.

or, maybe that is just the kid's Grandmother...Ever thought of that?
plus, the kid propably didnt see the cross necklace, since most of those "im with stupid" or "im with fatso" have arrows pointing to the side, so that if they stand by someone, it's a just a joke.

plus the arrow is (it looks like) pointing to her head, the kid is too young to think other wise (which would be pointing to God)

one more thing, about his father not being present, wouldn't he be at work? and it's the mother's duty to take care of the children, so there she is, on a walk, looking after the children.

With all these facts about God sending sinners to Hell, and people that dont follow the Bible will go to Hell; are there any execptions??

Say: some kid that was abandoned and had to grow up on his own on a deserted island, since he wasn't given teh chance to accept God's Word, does that mean he will go to Hell?

He should be able to intuit the existence of God from all around him.

Arguably, a lone child growing up on his own on a deserted island is likely to be MORE godly than those born in society to non-Christian parents, or surrounded by anti-Christian media.
