How does imprisoning a rapist help anybody? Rape is either punishable by death, if it happens to be an adulterous rape, or it is considered a righteous duty of husbands and brave, victorious armies. If the woman is still for sale when she is ravished, then her father can be compensated for the broken merchandise at full price.

I suppose you want these damaged women to die alone.

Many women have been praying to God their whole lives to be raped by a Christian, so that she can partake of his wisdom and abundance, and win favor with the Lord. You would deprive them of this opportunity for their lives to mean something?

As a True Christian I'm used to persecution but to attack me at this time in my life is particularly low. If I didn't have seventeen year old girls cleaning my home and cooking for me seven nights a week I don't know what I'd do.

Some of the people who come here to post on this thread are so heartless.

Brother Godfly had an inferior wife until God finally took her. If that were not enough, he has two inferior daughters who need husbands.

Give our Brother Godfly a break. Give him some encouragement. Tell him you are praying for his eventual happiness.

How our Brother has managed the bad hand dealt him is a lesson for all of us in how to be True Christians™.
