The only way to avoid rape is teaching men since they're boys to respect women, they must know they're able to control themselves and what they do with their own bodies.

In this precious Scripture we see that God is quite displeased with the slut for not crying out during the unsolicited intercourse, and her penalty is death. And the man, that had a temporary lapse in good judgement, is also executed. Not for the act of coitus without consent, but for sin against his neighbor.

Deuteronomy 22:28-29 "If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days."

And supposing the damsel properly cries out, it's not that big of a deal at all in the eyes of God. A nominal financial penalty, much like a parking ticket. Quite inconsequential.
