I must have not been listening to Jesus correctly. Jesus nailed Baltimore beating Denver and covering. I missed on the over under.

Jesus picked Jacksonville correctly.

I might have not listened to Jesus correctly on the Colts/Chiefs. The colts covered.

Jesus was, of course, correct that Atlanta would cover against Cleveland.
Jesus also correctly predicted that Tampa Bay would cover against Cincinnati.

I really must have misheard our LORD on Chicago/Carolina.
My hearing must have been messed up with the Green Bay Washington matchup.

Jesus did predict my upset special with the Cardinals against the catlicker Saints.

I guess I wasn't listening to the Holy Spirit when it predicted Oakland beating San Diego.

All in all, Jesus was 100% correct on His picks for the NFL this week. Me, His flawed servant was 50%.

The Bible does not say that being wealthy is bad, just that we shouldn't be greedy and corrupted by money. There's a huge difference. I myself have loads of possessions -- mansions, condos, Rolls-Royces, Rolexes, custom-made Italian suits, jet airplanes, a yacht, etc. -- but you couldn't find a single person at Landover Baptist that would claim I am selfish and materialistic.

Rather, the Lord will bless you with earthy riches as a reward for your faith. And since I am a very faithful, perfect True Christian(tm) man, I am filthy rich.

PS - Cowboys lost 34-27. Can't win them all. I lost 10 grand, but that's chump change for me so I'm not worried.

Well, whatever the case may be, I am right about that. It's just that I've had unbelieving scum such as yourself use those same quotes on me in the past. They say "Shouldn't you be poor? What would Jesus think about you flying on your private jet to evangelical gigs where you charge $50 entrance fees?". So, I have a ready defense for that. I just assumed you were making that claim.
