He was trying to be helpful. Women are weak, sinful creatures. He offered to keep an eye on another man's wife's cooter to make sure that the wife was staying out of mischief, or rather that mischief was staying out of her. I do not have a problem when somebody wishes to keep and eye out for there family's well being, but when it comes down to this topic, not only is it degrading to the wife and women all together, it is also Highly illegal in any country, surely you can put down the bible long enough to pick up the great big book of laws?

The Bible clearly outlines the woman's place in this world, and as the heads of our households, it's the job of us men to see to it that the women stay put. They are too weak to help themselves, so we must treat them as though they were children (the way CHRIST treats us) so that they may be pure.

Because we are saved, it would not be a pleasurable act to watch another man's wife or daughter strutting about mostly naked in an iron chastity belt. It would be a repulsive sight, but because this forum is populated with selfless, upright men, it is a sacrafice they are willing to make.
