I believe that Mr. Ghoul wanted to portray his message the way he did. In this internet heavy society, people tend to correct other's grammar in a way of making themselves seem more inellegent. Mr. Ghoul's eloquent prose was a subtle change to everyday grammar that gave a striking effect. Although you might not be able to see what emotion and thought he was giving under his message, trying to insult his intellegence by correcting his grammar was a low stab.
