i made a acount on this just to say this i am a christian tennage girl and i love overwatch i have never played it myself but i have watched people play it and l know alot about it i told my dad a brief summary of the game when i was talking to him on the phone because i plan to make a power point with the characters to do a guessing game with him and he aproves of the game from what he has heard about it from me and you should'not judge people for being other religions you should let women be single and not judge them for being able to fight equallly with men and the characters you like are actually supposed to be the BAD guys ( though REAPER is my favortie character i have to say) and you got almost all of the characters names names wrong just so you know and you should'nt judge people for being other races and you deffinitly should'nt judge people for being autistic in fact i have a mild form of autism called aspergers syndrom so that is all i have to say

Yes Darrell, the End is near. But in the meantime, while we are waiting, we cordially invite you to go to the Introduction Forum and properly introduce yourself. People might think you are rude to just barge into a conversation and anyway, the rule is that you need to write us a little introduction.

Tell us all about yourself and what you are doing for Jesus. We want to know all about you and your walk with the Lord.

Disgusting! The fact that this game is promoting LESBIANISM, is utterly REPULSIVE! And of course, IT’S THE WORK OF LUCIFER! But it’s just another one of Satan’s works, fear not, as Christ is coming soon!

Satan doesn't care whether someone becomes a Roman catholic, a cannibal, an ayahuasca drenched shaman or a brainwashed dork doing mmorpg – anything to keep them away from Christianity. I'd never heard of Overwatch, wish I never had, the drivel its devotees produce is all I need to know I'll never play this appalling "game" any more than the Minecraft.

Satan's methods are quite flexible, mutating from one generation to the next and between individuals as required, according to his agenda. This has been described (perhaps a little more flowery than warranted) in a series of letters between demons conceived by C. S. Lewis and published as The Screwtape Letters. Here are two excerpts, still relevant in the postmodern era and as applicable to these wretched "gamers" as they were when written. Screwtape is the senior devil. Hell for as many as possible is his objective. He writes:

    From chapter IX
An ever increasing craving for an ever diminishing pleasure is the formula. It is more certain; and it’s better style. To get the man’s soul and give him nothing in return — that is what really gladdens our Father’s heart.

Although not referring to computer "games" as such, because they didn't exist then, could there be a better description than "staring at a dead fire in a cold room?" Cold and empty lives indeed. Il dolce far niente.

    From chapter XII
You can make him do nothing at all for long periods. You can keep him up late at night, not roistering, but staring at a dead fire in a cold room. All the healthy and outgoing activities which we want him to avoid can be inhibited and nothing given in return, so that at last he may say, as one of my own patients said on his arrival down here, “I now see that I spent most of my life in doing neither what I ought nor what I liked.”

The devastation is total. Whole lives constructed on a lie, knowingly created, transmitted from one to another as though the lie were real. Whether that is done in ignorance or for some other reason (such as to siphon off funds for a depraved lifestyle) the resulting delusion informs everything seen or heard, everything done or attempted, everything is assessed in that light as failure or success and if they care how others may be affected they're very good at pretending otherwise.

What we see in this thread are some of the failures doing neither what they ought nor what they like, even if they think they are which is perhaps the saddest part of the whole affair. Jesus died to bring us life. The gamer "community" chose something else instead.

    I can see no difference.
This is why Minecraft is the most evil video game ever created. I've never heard of Overwatch before, but I have no doubt it is sinful and should be criminalized.

Greetings friend! We sure would appreciate it if you'd abide by the rules and head on down to the introduction forum. Tell us about yourself and how you came to believe we all "die of sin." Those who die as sinners burn in Hell, whereas True Christians like me who walk in the light of Christ, blameless and pure as the driven snow, will find the gates of the Kingdom Eternal held open for them by Jesus Christ in all His glory. Praise Jesus!
You know, the saddest part is how stereotypes presented in "games" like this are accepted into the false reality of secularism. Whether (or how) a particular character contradicts what God has explained is dismissed as frippery. Next, and it can only be intentional, the fiction becomes part of the world they see.
Jeremiah 51:15 He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding.

Dear Mr. Jackson--The Bible is quite clear that we should discipline our children--with a rod against the backside or back shoulders if necessary.

However, except in a very few and specific circumstances, we are discouraged from killing and/or beating our children so thoroughly that they sustain brain-damage.

Please take a closer read of The Holy Bible. We, True Christians™ can smash and break our children's gaming consoles just as if they were graven idols when the games that they play upon them besmirch Our Lord and His Commands in any way. However, we can't just smash and break our children's heads if we want them to have the clarity of mind to accept Jesus.

People who are in comas who have not accepted Jesus are just hanging out in Hell's waiting room. People who are playing computer games that put them in a spiritual coma are in the same boat--or room--I may be mixing metaphores. But Praise Jesus all the same.
