Nobody cares, as Didymus wasn't talking to you - he was answering skaaaaaa. In real life, unlike in computer games, it's often a good idea to let your little friends fight their own battles. Otherwise, how will they learn to defend themselves?

The reason we hate Overwatch so much is because we love God so much. To change our position on Overwatch, you would have to change our position on God; and our beliefs about God are as accurate as our beliefs about Overwatch.

We can search the Bible to see if Mr. Poppendorfer has made any mistakes in his assessment. That is the correct way to assess the quality of his arguments.

1 John 4:6
We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

What does this mean? It means that as we (the True Christians™) are of God we know God and God hears us. In addition, we know the Spirit of Truth™. Thus, when we see the Truth™ in the opening post it means that it is correct in its statement. The issue that is the most pivotal is whether this sorry excuse of a game is Spiritually harmful. We know the Spirit of Truth™. We can conclude that it is harmful. If observational data contradicts these findings, these observations must be false.

On the other hand, what about your Spiritual state?

Oh, but it does. God's Word is truth:

Jn 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Ps 119:160 Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

2 Sam 7:28 And now, O Lord God, thou art that God, and thy words be true, and thou hast promised this goodness unto thy servant:

And His Word is not open to interpretation.

2 Pet 1:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

The truth of God's Word is everlasting.

Ps 12:6-7
6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.
7 Thou shalt keep them, O Lord, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

Is 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

1 Pet 1:25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

It can never be replaced by science or anything else unbelievers come up with to help them deny the truth of His existence and the reality impending judgement.

Yes, we know, and it is sad, because it will cause countless causalities come Rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:17; Revelation 19:21) and mean that fewer and fewer (Matthew 7:14) souls will accompany us into Heaven for Eternity. We also know that science is one of the principal causes of this sad development. Jesus also knew it millennia ago.

1 Timothy 6:20
O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:

If it weren't for us, there would be no-one left to tell you sinners that you are in peril. Still you mock and persecute us (Matthew 5:10 tells us, however, that this will only add to our Glory once in heaven, Praise Jesus!). This alone proves that we do this for Love (John 15:13)!
