Well in response to that statement. God doesn't hate me, and to be fair, I thankyou for that comment.

    Too bad it's true,though. :|

This site is a fake.A ruse.

And yes,you are an insult to all Christians because you're too fucking stupid to realize this is a fake.

You're GOING top be shut down eventually. It's only a matter of time. And, if you don't, you'll get yours in the end. ALL OF YOU!

Nothing worse than pre-pubescent children left home alone by unloving parents who spend the day at the country club drinking martinis. Kiddies, go play some stick ball.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

So, I've read most of this thread, and I have to say... I'm suprised that you 'christians' are saying some of the most cold heart-ish things I have ever heard.. racist scum bags. Fallout 3 is in NO FREAKIN WAY a sadist type of game, I'm 15, my parents KNOW that im not mentally ill, I don't take this stuff seriously, it's a video game for christ's sake. I've been a christian all my life, saved when I was 4. I honestly beleive that you guys, are some of the STUPIDEST people I have EVER seen in my life. The people who are saying the game is satanic and stuff, not the cool people .

I just found this site through a URL on a gaming forum showing this thread.

Now, I've read what the Reverend wrote about this game, and I must disagree with some things he said.

First of all, it is entirely optional to kill innocents, steal things, have sex with prostitutes, nuke Megaton, and even eat corpses. However, I feel that the Reverend missed the point.

This game is all about choice. In life, we have choices, and we can choose to serve God or disobey him. In the game, you have the choice to show kindness to others or to let them rot. Just because a game has the option to do certain wrongs, does that make the game horrible? Not at all. It's not a satanic game, and that is very harsh assumption.

Next, this game is geared toward those over 18. In no way is this meant for teenagers and children. Meaning, that if parents do not allow their children to play this game, no harm can be done. However, some parents have very mature children and allow their teens to play violent games. That is fine as long as the child understands the difference between a game and life.

There's a big difference between "realistic" and "evil". Realistically, in a war-torn world, men will be swearing left and right. People will be desperate for sex. But the message of this game is to show how dark a world in the future would be. If this post-apocalyptic game had Barney and Elmo singing happy songs trying to clean up the world, you for sure would sing a different tune.

And being an evil character in Fallout 3 will make other NPCs despise your character. This would be an unacceptable game if there were forced and praised sequences of raping women and children for please or even forced sex mini-games. However, you can't even have sex with prostitutes. When you pay the prostitute, she just walks upstairs and enters her bed, and you simply sleep next to her. No sexual activity is depicted: only referenced. Am I approving of this? No, however Bethesda aimed to be realistic in every way.

And if you choose to nuke Megaton, you will be rewarded by some evil men living in Tenpenny Tower. However, it's smarter to save Megaton.

And I also will pray for you, Reverend, and I hope God can show you that judging others is not the way. God would not be able to hear a prayer hoping evil upon others (wishing that the Bethesda employees lost their jobs). What does the Lord say? Luke 6:31: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

And does not the Lord want us to welcome all? In the site's banner, you specifically say that the unsaved are unwelcome. The Lord commanded us to treat others with kindness. We help others and pray FOR them; we don't condemn them. Should we not open church doors to homosexuals and sinners to pray for them and help them leave their sinful lives? If we keep churches open to only Christians, how will we reach others?

And we are to humble ourselves. Giving yourself the title "Mouthpiece of God" is arrogant and asinine. You are clearly thinking better of yourself over others. That is not how Jesus wants us to be. I don't care how old you are, how many articles you've written, or how long you've preached to the choir, you are a sinner, as all are. I believe that Jesus died for our sins, yet every day I fall. Every day I sin. I know that I am a no good sinner. But I pray to the Lord for guidance and I beg for forgiveness, because I know that I am nothing without Jesus. Just because you are saved, does not mean that you are even an inch close to greatness or the Lord's glory. We all fall short of the glory of God. And the Lord would also not be pleased to see you giving ranks to new members saying, "Unsaved Trash". You can not judge others, and if you judge, prepare to be judged by God when the time comes.

Thank you, and have a good day. I will keep you and your congregation in prayer, good sir.
