More people have been killed in sports than my people who enjoyed video games.
By this logic Sports are far worse than video games.
Also video games are played by so many people its hard to pin it directly on video games. Everyone watches Tv to, so is it tvs fault?? Everyone drinks water, does water cause people to kill each other??? no.

Who are 'your people'?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

^True, but though I technically side with gamers... Games are worse in the sense of the murder...

Some dumbass (I don't care because thats what he was) shot and killed a Police Officer because he played too much GTA. I personally, despise that series. I think he got released on parole too.

You said it, not me. So.... what is your argument? You know God hates these things.

You have a point, but I also have a point, GTA is a much more violent game that forces murder, but people are different.

I play Fallout 3 because I like it, but it doesn't make me a bad person. (Though it doesn't really fit) Shooting a horse because its in pain and its dying, you want to, but it doesn't make you a bad person.

Granted, I'm comparing satisfaction to giving mercy, but the concept is the same.

Some people (a lot of people,) are not mature enough, they weren't raised right, or they are just too unstable to play these kinds of games. When I play a game like Fallout 3, what happens in the game, stays in the game.

Okay my HTML is not working, but you can see the emphasis on where I put the bold symbols right?

Also, people killed in sports? Well, for fans thats just plain murder, but if you are talking about sports themselves? Please don't come up with that garbage, I am on the gamers side but don't bring stupid arguments into the debate.

You are not saying sports has more unnatural deaths than video gamers are you? I'm speaking to fatalo or whatever his user name is.

Ok first of all this game is no more of a "murder sumulator" than great classic books such as the Illiad, or The Odyssey. It only presents the material in a different format. And this has been stated may times. The object of the game is not to murder innocent people, it is surviving in a post-apocalyptic Washington, D.C. If you chose to go around murdering everyone in sight when you played this game (I asssume) then you are the twisted one. Secondly this is not a child's game. It i rated M for Mature for a reason. If a child is playing this title, is a parenting failure, not to be blamed upon the developers of this title.

So you think this is an educational tool to teach children how to survive, like the boy scouts?

Well! I was complete unaware I could control the charaters in the Illiad or any book.
You logic completely fails. Sorry.

Are you putting words into my mouth now? Its not teaching anybody anything, especially not children. It's for entertainment of mature adults, so this game is inherently off limits to you. If you think you will go on a rampage after controlling a fictional character, then please refrain yourself from this form of entertainment.

There is a vast difference between limiting speech, and replacing words with their antonym. Perhaps you need to educate yourself on the definition of "limit". Too funny.
