Wow... that's honestly the only word I can say to all of this. First off, just because people play a game it does NOT brainwash them into bringing a gun into school, or kill people for no reason.
If people are soo concerned about it, then it would be the parent's responsibility to talk to their children and make sure they understand not to do it. There's no need to go around banning the game. So that also means, instead of banning the game, just DON'T BUY IT. Sheez, everyone is acting like that's not an option. No one is holding you at gun point to buy the game for yourself or for your kids.

Oh, and another thing, I'm pretty sure that you're the one going against the Bible by saying "Run off and go hold up a liquor store like you and your white trash clown friends do." When you don't even know that person. Your JUDGING someone just by what they choose to believe in, and according to my whole family of Christians, God doesn't appreciate when you judge others. Yeah, yeah... supposidly you are supposed to judge what's right and wrong, but if you don't know a person, how can you judge them? The Bible contridicts itself a lot... so I'm not even sure why the Bible is held to such a high standard.

But whatever you want to think, everyone is entitled to their own opinons, which is why I don't think people should be bashing the makers of the game, or the people who play it.

Landover Baptist Church grants that right. On the contrary, God has commanded us to judge others.

John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

and once again, your ignorance amazes me. Seriously man, haters make me laugh, and that's all you're doing. We aren't a gang, and we certainly don't go around stealing from people. Just because we aren't big, rich, bible beaters, doesn't make us white trash.
No we know all about you juggalo people. You're a cult. We've even devoted an entire thread about your deathstyle.

What in the devil are you talking about dude!? You just totally misquoted the bible!
It's saying not to judge by what you see! You don't know me, or who I am. You have NO right judging me like you do.

You are all ignorant and stupid, just because we have different faith doesn't mean we are wrong or "unfaithful" in anyway. When I die, I'm going to Shangri-La...you know what Shangri-La is? Heaven.

I did not misquote the Bible. You can check a KJV Bible yourself and see that exact same quote. Go ahead. I'll wait.

I did not judge according to appearance, I judged righteously. You said so yourself: "I see now why I'm not a Christian". I can tell you that, based on what the Bible tells us, that you will go to Hell if you don't repent and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. There's no appearances here. The Bible makes it perfectly clear.

If there is more than one version of the bible...doesn't that tell you just how many conflicting stories there are? The bible is just guidlines, not something to truly follow word for word! I was saying you didn't interpret what the quote was saying right, I don't doubt that the sentence is in the bible. I'm just saying, you used it in the wrong way.

Hell? I'm not going to Hell's Pit, because I'm a good person. I do everything I can to help out, I am a good person. I have respect for people and don't judge wrongly, people are people. Gays/homosexuals, they aren't going to hell, because being gay isn't a bad thing. You don't get that what you're saying is wrong and anyone who believes it, truly, is misguided.

Can you show me Scripture saying we only need to follow it as guidelines?

Every single sentence in that paragraph is wrong. Just because you're a "good person" won't guarantee you entry into Heaven. Faith in Jesus Christ is required, as well as following His commandments.

That is the thing, I don't have to provide scripture, because of the fact you don't follow it word for word. God gave us the freedom to think how we see fit for a reason. He gave us the right to believe in it or not. It isn't YOUR place to spout these so called "messages of god"

How is it wrong? Is it wrong because I believe something different than you? Why must I believe in a guy that a bunch of Jewish people killed just to know that I'm going somewhere nice? I'm a good person, so I KNOW I'm going to Shangri-La.

You must believe in Jesus because that is the only way to Salvation(c)! Shangri-La is a fantasy place that first appeared in an old novel, by the way.

You mistook what I said, I didn't say you DIDN'T I was saying you DON'T as in, you shouldn't.

You can't copyright Salvation, you can't trademark "True Christian" It's not your place to decide that. I'm well aware of what Shangri-La is, and for your information even before that novel, it is in fact where Egyptians believed they went after death. Even though it is the same name, our Shangri-La is where all people live in harmony together, no judging of any kind, no crime, no arguing, only good.

                      That's a kind-of un-Christian thing to say.

If my memory serves me correctly, there were a fair number of Japanese Christians and some American POWs killed by America's atomic bombs.

If you're going to try recruiting for your ridiculous cult, you might want to keep your mythologies straight.

Not that it matters, because in the end there is only Heaven or Hell, and you've got a one-way ticket booked going down at this point.

I studied Egypt and the Egyptians for a good portion of my life. What they believe in, is the same as Shangri-La, just under a different name. I'm not on "Marihuana" So don't insult me.

I will grant you it's all just Hell with different names, but Shangri-La is an ornamental name and, though I'm loathe to quote the liberally biased Wickedpedia, is supposed to be "a mystical, harmonious valley, gently guided from a lamasery, enclosed in the western end of the Kunlun Mountains." Not very Egyptian if you ask me!

Nooo, you don't get it. That's from the novel, which is a great novel by the way and I loved it. This Shangri-La is made up of all people, of every race and religion, of every faith. We accept everyone. Which you should learn to do.

Egyptian culture believed the same thing, they accepted everyone. Their vision of "Heaven" Was the same as our vision or Shangri-La.
