I have played Minecraft. I think it is a great game. It pushes your kids to be creative and spends their time safely. Whatever you think of it is your opinion, and i respect that, but i'm not flaming you, so do not flame me. Minecraft is an Indie game. Indie games are games that aren't specifically defined by a category. And here's my thought about your posts and replies:

Cranky Old Man, your views are a bit extreme for my liking.
First of all,most young players of minecraft only play on single-player mode.
You aren't joined by any other actual players, so they are pretty safe, but i like your concern for internet safety

Secondly, in minecraft you vanquish evil creatures. You gain Experience Points with that and then you use them to make your weapons better. Think of it like this...

"Steve killed lots of evil demons. God sees this and finds it pure at heart and gifts him with Experience Points. Steve goes to an enchantment table and uses the experience the power of god "Experience Points" to Bless his weapons or armor so he can vanquish even more demons."

Also, that "Penis" you spoke of wasn't a penis. The game comes with a feature that lets you customize the way the blocks in the game look like. Someone made this evil monster you slay into a brighter version of it and you just saw its back. It's usually green kind of like leaves. It's not a penis at all, So no worries.

Also, in this so called "Evil Game" there are churches. Not made by players. The make put them in a while back, with no influence by you fellows.

Cranky Old Man, you are taking the creativity of the game too far. No child i know would build a house if they did it in a video game, people are sensible. You give children to much credit. No child would collect materials, and make there own house at this point in time.

And lastly, how could the creator do better than compare his game to the real world? I believe his game shows how much God better is at creation and life than we are. It shows that god is the ultimate creator and the best they could do was no match at all to his grand creations. Some of the pictures you took the wrong. That "Masturbator" was holding a pickaxe and was viewing his creation, it was at a weird angle.

Minecraft was meant for fun. Not to question god. I would like it if you actually tried it before you spoke of it. It would put a smile on my face. And if you try it, do this so it justifies your usage of it:

1: Make a Cross
2: Make a Small Church
3: Slay the demons of the world to serve your lord, God.

Once you've done these i will absolutely respect every word you say. I will not question it once, but i still have my opinion.
