Freedom of speech is in the Constitution (it sure as heck ain't in the Bible). The Constitution delineates the powers and responsibilities of the government. As this is a privately owned and operated website, the Constitution DOES NOT APPLY HERE.

First off, I would be careful discarding the constitution, as it holds your precious 2nd amendment.

Second, the constitution does outline congresses powers, but is also the SUPREME LAW in America.

Yeah that's what the constitution says. If any one came into my house, and let them in and never told them to leave, they could say almost whatever they want, (they couldn't swear in front of children or cause a false alarm), and I could not legally force them to stop speaking.

I don't know which exact jurisdiction you're in, but I'll assume the laws there derive from British common law (as they do in almost all English-speaking areas of the world) and so will most likely be close to the same as they are where I am.

If you are a property owner, or the authorized representative of the owner, you are legally permitted to tell anyone on your property to leave, at any time and for any reason (remember the "a man's home is his castle" thing?). If they fail to do so, you may call the police and have them arrested (in my jurisdiction, the owner [or his representative] can perform the arrest themselves).

And that's in a place with comparatively weak property rights (Canada). If I was a hundred miles south (in the States), I could just shoot you dead with no warning if I caught you on my property, unauthorized (some places specify "after dark", others ain't so picky).

Here, Zeke won't ask you to leave. He'll just ban you (or one of his representatives [the True Christians(tm)] will).

Go ahead and pay a lawyer to find out how many "rights" you'll have in that situation.

Spoiler: none (read the TOS). Give the money to a charity instead (they need it more than a lawyer does).
