Umm..

Minecraft isn't a game used to support Satan, or turn children into Sex Slaves, or promote genetic engineering.
The "cubes" you see that make everything in the game is an art style for the game. It's 8-bit. It adds novelty to the game. Gives the person gaming a little laugh to be able to go back to games from 80s and 90s.
Saying pedophiles make servers to rape little kids is a little extreme. Me and my friend are 19 years old, and we made our own server and we play with a lot of really cool people. None of them ever made sexual advances at all. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but you can look anywhere and see there are hazards of rape and molestation. I'm pretty sure a game called Minecraft wouldn't be the first place to look. Check out the streets of every major city.
Minecraft lets you represent yourself. Every person who plays the game believe in what they will. You can't deny that. Some, like myself, are Christians, others Catholics, Buddhists, Atheists, Satanists.. And yes, some will build monuments resembling their religious view. But you can't say the entirety of the populace accepts Satan because they play the game.

I am not passing judgement on you guys. But this isn't very Christian-like, to be posting that a game is used for Satan. It was made so that people could play with their friends, build stuff, and have fun. It's nothing more.
People need to start realizing that people won't change, especially if you throw accusations in their faces like this. Please, for the Love of God, try to realize that this isn't how God wants us to be. We are supposed to be understanding people. We have to help people through kindness, and support. No matter who they are, no matter what their views. And if they don't want to change, don't threaten them with Hell. We aren't God. We can't do that. Let them go in peace, and think about their life, okay? Please heed my words.

Ok, coming from an extreme Christian background and such, I am going to state to you all, how dare you go and judge something or someone? You are not God and have no right to damn or curse anyone or thing. Being a desciple of god means to help those who need guidance in their faith, and leading those who do not know Christ to him and right now you are setting a poor example of this.

This is a game my husband plays and as far as I can see this is a computerized Lego set, and stating that God hates Denmark makes your ignorantness known even more, you are not God. I understand wanting to protect children because I have four of my own, but to be frank with you, you can't be forced to do anything on this game you do NOT want to do, and if these children are really doing these things maybe thats a lack of parenting of those children. So to sitting here and judge and pretty much try to take over what the roll of your Lord makes you all look horrible in the eyes of others.

If you think the Bible forbids judging others, then you haven't read it. The Bible forbids superficial judgment based on appearances and it forbids hypocrisy, but it does not forbid judgment. On the contrary, the saved are commanded to pass judgment on others.

Lev 19:15 In righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

Jn 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

I Cor 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

Our job Pastor is to find folks who are lost and to try to get them saved. That job would be made a lot harder if I were unable to judge who is lost and in need of salvation.

First, are you sure that you are against judging in principle or only when others do it? From your dismissive and patronizing tone, I gather that you are completely fine with being judgmental yourself. That's hypocritical.

Secondly, you come barging in here without ANY knowledge of Scripture and you believe that you can overwhelm highly intelligent and knowledgeable Christians by going "u r ignorant, lolz". If it's in the Bible, we follow it. Simple as that.

You keep reiterating that we are not God, as though that's some new fact. What we do is follow what God has taught and commanded us to do in the Bible. You know, that book that Christians are supposed to read? Are you still with me? Good.

Finally, one whose eyes are we going to look "horrible"? In the eyes of God? For following HIS Bible? Not likely. Just because I don't sit here and pull scripture out to back myself dose not mean I do not know it, and to state that I am an Atheist is ridiculous. I do not care if anyone backs me on what I have to say but if feel something is wrong like your backwards thinking, then i will say something about it. Where is proof , the facts, that these actions are being done in this game. There is nothing outside of this forum saying anything about Minecraft, wouldnt you think something would have been said outside of this forum if these things were going on. You can go ahead and take your cheap shots out on me and pull out your scriptures out and try to beat me over the head with them, but it will not bother me, but to sit here and tell me that Im going to hell, well, I guess I'll see you when you join me there.

I really liked your first post, but then I read this one and it saddened me deeply You seemed like a loving, rational person in the first one, filled with real Christian integrity, and then I see you descend to Landover's level and hurtle out just hate and insults instead of spreading Jesus' message. I love how the first thing that was brought up about the spheres in the first page was testicles... Wow. Only someone trying to manipulate something to turn it something bad would something like that. Completely ridiculous.

And turning children into sex-slaves over Minecraft... EVEN WORSE. Again, nothing has ever been said outside this forum about something like this. You would think that if such a thing has happened, it would be all over the internet and/or news. But it is not... It is no where... Because it has not happened and nor will it ever happen. It is completely ignorant to state such a thing.

And the whole thing about blocky animals. The game is meant to be a simple graphic game. It was created in this manner so that people with older computers are capable of playing it.
