So there are two factors to that definition:

Since the UK is not a homogeneous society (unlike e.g. Japan or China), the third possibility for the first condition fails. The second condition explicitly refers to ethnic differences and race, which, again, do not apply to the UK since it is a mix of various ethnicities and races. Perhaps this does apply to the Welsh, because they are known for their inbreeding and as a result weak physiques.

That being said, you do somewhat have a point from a British perspective:

in British law the phrase racial group means "any group of people who are defined by reference to their race, colour, nationality (including citizenship) or ethnic or national origin".

So according to British law, it is apparently possible to change your genetics and race by giving someone a passport. To that, we can only say: the stereotypes about British low IQ are right!

First off, I respect everyone's beliefs and I have no problem with that. My problem here is that Minecraft is a child-friendly game. That picture you have up there of the player "masturbating" to spherical objects, is a player looking at his build with the spherical objects, not meant to represent the male anatomy. The only person that could of thought of that is someone trying to make something normal look bad. That user that made the "pornography" is most likely between the ages of 15-18. I'm 14 and there is nothing wrong with this game.
