A few things that will be needed to be pointed out.

1) The character is a pegasus (in the show, it is consistent with intelligent design, the pegasi were created with the power of flight in order to regulate the weather over the communities), with a tomboyish personality - she flies incredibly fast and high by all standards. Her house is actually inside a cloud, and she comes into contact with atmospheric water vapors often. She trails behind 'rainbows' similar to the vapor trails that come off aircraft, whose prisms split the white light of the sun into a broad, rainbow color spectrum; and her mane reflects it. http://www.strangecosmos.com/images/content/181640.JPG It happens often in real life.
If anything, you can read it as a reminder of God's safety: "I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth.” (Genesis 9:13-16)

Also, it is incredibly sexist to infer that tomboyishness and lesbianism are causative. Just throwing that out there.

2: At no point does the character Twilight Sparkle engage in wiccan magic; the base powers (telekinesis, etc.) are available to any and all unicorns and alicorns featured. It is in God's infinite wisdom to endow them with whatever species they require. (Magick also comes with painful feedback, as both the book of Ezekiel and all wiccan texts agree - a character in the season two finale charged with security through magic suffers from crippling migraines from this, and render him subsceptible to changeling seduction.)
Also, she is more a voraciously knowledgable reader for God's word in the universe than anything else - the number of spines on her Cutie Mark are taken from God's winningest prophet Douglas Adam's revelation of the answer to life, the universe, and everything: 42.

3: It is physically impossible to have sex in a fursuit. I minister to several friends who participate in the fandom, and you'd be surprised: a) zoophilia is, in the group, detestable and tantamount to animal abuse (hence why their sexual channels are divorced from their physical human selves (as with the Cathars) and given bipedalism, divine sentience, and dominion over the birds of the air, the fish of the sea, every living thing on earth, subduing, et cetera - for is it not writ in Genesis 1:30 that every beast of the earth and bird of the air has merely been given every green plant for food? (Nota bene that the most popular phenotypes on wikifur are carnivorous.)
b)The hotel in question in your photo seems to be the setting of BroNYCon, which prohibits sexual or excessively amorous behaviors in public - also, there seems to be no conceivable way of having sex in those things, sorry to burst your bubble, closeteds. (Fault them not for having odd-looking suits, by the way. Suits made of artificial fur cost a bundle to manufacture, assemble, design, whatnot (aside from them being enormously hot, they cost between $300-$1,800 to manufacture, money that many I know spend much better on Christian Charity and Zoological Welfare, among other deserving groups. Better to get a giant suit and a $5 pony mask spraypainted blue...why do you fault them for this?))
That's also rather obviously a halloween costume, by the way. Fault them not that, either.

4: The perceived 'S-E-X' lettering is rather easy to come up with - in reality, even when intentional (an animated television show is grueling in schedule and it's very hard to slip things past a massive sponsor like Hasbro who wants the support of Christian families), such as in the cases of the Pollen in 'The Lion King' or the flames in Hunchback's 'Hellfire,' it's the special effects workers adding a wraparound signature. The standard abbreviation in the industry for 'special effects' is 'S-F-X,' nota bene again that it is only one line and an overeager eye away from spelling a word that has no meaning to young and innocent minds.

In all, there's nothing specifically anti-christian about the show - it was created by a fangirl of the old series, and bodes well for the future of intelligent children's entertainment with maturity in the treatments and no insult to the watcher's mind.
However, the media doesn't want to convey a specific Christian feeling, because the many paths to a personally fulfilling faith in the world (only so many of them saved, if you care to believe so) have a large amount of adherents that would feel alienated and lacked for love would the show say, from the start, 'Jesus created ponies and all pay fealty to him' or somesuch. It's pure meekness and common courtesy to the people of the earth - "Love thy neighbor as thyself, that whosoever does this shall not perish but have eternal life?" That ring any bells?

As horrible and sinful as blatant homosexuality is, I think subliminal messages like this is even more dangerous to our youth. The danger is that it might sneak its way into otherwise Christian households under the guise of an "innocent children's show". Slowly but surely corrupting our youth. With the eventual goal to turn our nation into a withered husk of the morality it once stood for.

It has already started! We used to have witch burning, slavery, and women knew their place in the household. Now we have women voting, teaching, speaking in church, and doing all sorts of ungodly activities.

They are already trying to pervert God's holy union of a man and women!

I'm so glad there are Christians who see this show for what it really is, and call it out. Christians need to put a stop to these tools of Satan. I am strongly convinced that if there was anymore "tolerance" for gay people, God would have to destroy some (or all) of this nation, as he did with Sodom and Gomorrah. I'm really grateful for everyday that I wake up and God hasn't killed me.
