Wow. Just wow. How dare you call them Satan worshipers? I wish people would just shut their mouths about things they don't know. If anyone bothered to look up information on them before judging them on appearance they would know that these guys are very good people. MCR has said time and time again that emo is bullshit. The ONLY thing they inspire their fans to do is be theirselves and be creative and keep on living your life to it's best. That is all. They do not promote suicide or self harm or violence. They are my heroes and inspiration. I am very happy now because of them. You have no right to talk about them in this manner.

1. Gerard way (lead vocals) and his brother who is also in the band Mikey are actually catholic
2. the album the black parade was actually about a fictitious character hense the songs The End and Dead!
3. They arent actually emo at all, they use dark clothing to interpret the scenario of the song as well as the album its self.

Yes, I am a fan of MCR, yes I am a definate christian. No, I am not Baptist.
And Just because they display the cross of Jesus Christ on their clothing during a song about hope and leadership to lead the world out of darkness, doesnt mean that they themselves are false christians. I do not mean to be in a very angered tone, i am aminly using an informative tone.

Suicidal thoughts are not a sum of all of the music that someone listens to, but are a sum of what has happened in the person's life I know this because I have been through this myself, hense my pseudonym "Hangman". It is not a encouragement to suicide but a reminder for myself and a message to others that i have tried to kill myself a few times. however I am over that stage and God is keeping me in check. My point in being, is that suicide is an internal issue, NOT an external issue.
