im not a mouthy teenager, i respect and love my parents very much, im only trying to give you guy the opinion of somebody who may see the other point of view, after all, theres two sides to every story.
i don't cut anymore, i did during a really hard time in my life when i was bullied to the extreme. i would dread going to school every day because of it. i got called freak, emo, and much much worse that im not saying online.
if you look at me now, yes, i do have a lot of scars emotionally, but i'm living past them. i smile as much as i can and help anyone who needs it.
and as for my muslim friend, she only wear the hijab, i can see her face. and i've seen her without it, and she is a very pretty girl. to say that she's going to burn... muslims, jews, and christians worship the same god. they just have different prohets and different ways of worship.
and as for the killjoy (which i noticed has been changed to killcats), a killjoy is someone who fights against the norm and refuses to conform to what society wants, you know the typical skinny, beautiful models you see on tv. a killjoy stands up for what he/she believes in.
i refuse to follow all the mainstream trends, i refuse to party, do drugs. i express myself through my clothing, my writing, and my music (both what i listen to and write).
look at me today, you'll see a smiling girl who loves her family, works very hard in school, hangs out with a good crowd, and helps others with their problems. meet me first before you judge me.

Why should we even read what some whiny brat thinks? you know what I do if I'm not sure what to think; I reach for my Bible. It's never failed me yet. And because I do that I've never ever made a fool of myself or chosen the wrong way in a moral dilemma.

You're making such a fool of yourself because you are making your values up as you go along instead of referring to a totally consistent, unambiguous guide to what is right.

As for meeting you, we only need to judge you on if you are wholeheartedly loving towards Jesus; and you are not!

look, im not making anything up as i go along, i've already decided what i believe. i believe that as long as you don't kill, bully, have premaritial sex, and that you're a good person who helps the poor, then you're set to go.
personally, im agnostic, my parents are both christian, and they know where i stand and they told me to take my time to decide what i believe.
they know that i like mcr, and they can see how i can relate to them with my bullying and everything because they can't relate since they've never been as far down as i was.
plus you have to admit,they are really talented musicians. i play flute, saxophone, piano and guitar and i play in 4 bands and write my own stuff, i can appreciate a lot of music (everything but rap/pop) and when you listen to the background music, with all the different parts, it's really amazing.
as for the lyrics, to me, welcome to the black parade means learning to carry on even though you've been through a lot. it means putting you foot down and saying "no, i wont take your crap any longer, i'm going to be who i am and not what you are forcing me to be."

Let's take a look at The Bible. Korah thought that a "different" attitude in the matter of burning incense might be beneficial. I'll put a link to the whole chapter at the end for context but here are the salient features:

1. God had chosen Moses to lead The Israelites and Aaron as their priest.
2. Korah thought God was in error and that some other form of worship was just as good (in particular one in which it didn't matter who officiated over the incense burning - after all it was the incense that was important, wasn't it? rather than who actually held the censer).

ok seriously, my friend explained it, there are two types of muslims, shite and sunni, the sunnis are the ones like the taliban that do kill people, but the shites, like my friend, are the ones that are good and get along with others. plus, i highly doubt she is pretending, if she was, why would her mother make me a delicious lunch when me and my friend walk to her house from school to lunch, why would she have driven me home every single day during summer school, when i found out my friends dad died of brain cancer and i was crying, why did she comfort me? plus, a lot of people feel uncomfortable around her because shes differentm we go to a catholic school that predominantly white, im probably the only true friend she has.
and no, the only piercings i have are my earlobes, but i got those when i was a baby and i never wear ear rings unless it's a special occasion. as i said, catholic school, no piercing other than your ears and no tatoos, plus my parents wouldnt let me.
and clearly you dont what it's like to be bullied, it hurts, a lot, and the scars last forever.
